Close to town, beautifully updated

10/10 vacation property. Clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house is in a quiet, convenient location in OB and was the perfect size/ layout for our family of 5. Host was helpful and communicated quickly.

Very comfortable home. Clean and every amenity you could want. Not quite walkable to town but very close. Nice quiet neighborhood to walk the dog. We did our outings during the day and cooked at home with the family and dog at night. Definitely on the list for return visits to MV.

We were thrilled with the house! Photos are extremely accurate. Our group loved the convenient location and the layout of the house. We enjoyed having dinners at the large dining space and hanging out on the deck. Walking into OB was convenient. Would highly recommend. Outdoor shower, water pressure was unreal. What a treat!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It truly felt like home for the week with plenty of space for everyone including the dog. Communication with the owners was quick and easy as was the check in process. We love vacationing on the Vineyard and plan on coming back to this home next summer!

Easy check in. Owner is very responsive. Property is thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. They pay attention to details. We have rented many houses over the years and this is absolutely the best one overall. Quiet neighborhood. A 15 min walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. Convenient drive to either Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven ferries. Kitchen is very well equipped. Even had some spices. I cooked meals for 8 nightly and it was easy with a fully equipped kitchen.Comfortable beds. The master bedroom was very homey. Lots of amenities like a grill on the well furnished 2nd floor deck, a ground floor sitting area under the deck to escape the sun if you want. A nice outdoor shower next to the front door is great after fun at the beach. A large freestanding hammock and another sitting area afford this property many venues to relax. The yard is hemmed in with a wood fence and thick foliage on three plus sides gives privacy. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler ( one large icepack in freezer), games, puzzles, books, some beach toys, beach towels. Though, parents of younger kids, bring toys and kid books. Our son in law liked it so much that he asked if we could rent it next summer! 5 stars to the owners!

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. The property allowed for privacy when we grilled and ate outdoors. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for preparing our meals and the rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Communication with James was excellent. We would highly recommend this home!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was super clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated (took photos for ideas in my own home), quiet location, and had everything that we needed. We really loved the layout! Our late-night college sons and friends stayed on the lower floor while we were upstairs in bed by 10. Our family spent most nights sitting around the dining room table eating dinner together and playing board games. Loved that there were board games, puzzles and books to use even though we had brought our own…nice touch. Lots of happy memories created!

Property is on a quaint little lane in the woods…nice private setting. Home is extremely clean and beautifully appointed! Great price point and nice host! Highly recommend!!

We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate my birthday with our daughter and son-in-law and both our doggies, who are best buddies. The house has all you need to relax and get away from it all for a bit. It was so comfortable and inviting and we all loved the peaceful setting, perfect for dog walks. We found it convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were on the island and will definitely consider returning for another Vineyard getaway!

We have been going to Martha's Vineyard for years and know the various areas and prices for vacation rentals. When we got to the home, we were astonished by the quality of this property for the price we had paid. The home was more spacious than we'd expected and much more beautifully furnished than we'd expected. It has an excellent layout with more privacy than other homes in its price range. We were with our adult son and his partner and it was as if they had a downstairs apartment. The kitchen was beautiful,spotless, and well equipped. All of the appliances in the home seemed new and were large and able to accommodate all of our needs. We would absolutely rent here again! kitsufficprivate

The house was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The house has plenty of privacy with a cute outdoor deck perfect for lounging and enjoying a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our stay in MV. Home was spotless and fully stocked with necessities. Hosts were very responsive and everything was close by. We will definitely be back😎

We all enjoyed our stay at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked the only missing was pods for the coffee pot. One suggestion we have is better signage for the address. It was difficult to find along the trees and our Uber drivers had a hard time finding it.
