classic modern architecture sets the tone for a relaxed yet elevated getaway.

Step inside to a spacious, thoughtfully designed entry with a convenient drop

zone, complete with plush beach towels provided for your stay. Just beyond,

the main level reveals an expansive game and lounge retreat featuring

foosball, a dart board, basketball shooting game, and comfortable seating

with seamless access to the private outdoor oasis. Here, you’ll find a heated

pool, grilling area, loungers, and direct private beach access, creating the

perfect setting for sun-soaked days and relaxed evenings.

One level up, the heart of the home showcases sweeping ocean views and an

open-concept living space designed for gathering in style. The gourmet

kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining and living areas, all framed by

accordion-style sliding doors that open to a spacious oceanfront deck,

maximizing indoor and outdoor living. This level also features a beautifully

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the property, complete a

Vacation Rental Agreement, and provide a valid ID prior to check-in.

This is a non-pet, non-smoking property. Violations will result in a $450 fine

and may lead to immediate eviction.
