Stayed Aug 30, 2024We stayed in this property for my teen daughter’s first concert. This house is super accessible to downtown and everything in between. I wouldn’t walk far from the property but we were able to drive/park downtown with ease. Neal was extremely helpful and a great host.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 4, 2023This home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. It has been restored while keeping all the best details of a historic home, most likely pre-1940 The kitchen has been updated with all stainless steel appliances and a sink. Plenty of towels and bath items. Great heating and cooling system. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to rent a home with a great location. The owner, Neal was great and made sure we were happy with our rental.

Stayed Sep 19, 2023The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Saw two strung out people when we took a walk in the area. One asked us for money. Not having a car was an issue as there were no stores or restaurants within walking distance. The house was adequate but could have been cleaner, esp bathroom.
