The house is beautiful and was the perfect place for five friends to celebrate a 60th birthday! It was quiet, yet close enough to town to go to restaurants within five minutes. We were in town for concerts at The Outpost, which is only a six minute drive from the property. The updated kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed. We enjoyed morning coffee out on the back deck; and were sorry we weren't there in the evenings to use the firepit in the back yard. The check-in process was simple Mae was excellent at getting back to us with questions we had. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the NRG area! This house is perfect! Located right across from a wonderful park, with a beautiful big kitchen and all the amenities you might want - it was perfect for our stay. They even provided basketballs for our kids to enjoy the park across the street! We were in town for a wedding for the weekend, but wished we had more time to stay and enjoy the home and location!

House was very clean, updated and in a great location. Close to a park and local restaurants. Plenty of parking. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes and glasses. Has access to washer & dryer. Everyone that stayed with us liked the house, the biggest complaint from everyone is that the beds were uncomfortably hard. We would definitely stay there again if the beds were changed.

The place: An outstanding property, perfect for me and my two mid-30 sons. High-end appliances, kitchen cabinets, LVP throughout home, which is so much better than carpets, great and comfortable queens mattresses, clean pristine bathrooms, and nice seating areas. Location: just 3 minutes by car to town and a few more minutes to the New River Gorge visitor center and hiking. Host: Mae was exceptional and very accommodating.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was walking distance to town and restaurants. The location is also great for hikes, rafting and the bridge. It was very clean and stocked well. We could not have asked for a better rental for our group and our needs!

Perfect place for family and friends! Super smooth check-in, home was super clean, large living space, nice backyard with porch and seating. It is also right across the street from the park as advertised and it was better than expected. We played baseball, frisbee, basketball and walked in the paved trail. There are also hiking trails that will take you straight to the NRG if you want to go that far but shorter trails as well. The beds were a little hard. Great stay!! Highly recommend.

5 stars all around. Owner was very helpful and responsive. House was perfectly cleaned and uncluttered. Value-add amenities that were much appreciated (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, an abundance of towels and chairs, etc). And a completely stocked kitchen with newer appliances and accessories. Location was perfect - across from the park and hiking/running trails and walkable to down town Fayetteville (.7m). Thank you for providing the backdrop to an ideal family 4th of july weekend!

The park across the street with a playground and splash pad was a game changer having kids in our group. A trailhead that connected to Long Point Trail was also across the street. A for location. We had an issue come up on our end - communication was great and the hosts were quick to respond. Would not hesitate to book this place again should we return.

We were there for weekend trip . Place was very clean and all the necessary items were available. We had a great time with bbq in the backyard. There is community park close by kids had lots of fun there.

This house is a very convenient location for children and the older generation. It is right across the street from the park which is great for children and the house is all on one floor which is great for the older generation. The house is clean and absolutely beautiful. Our stay was so enjoyable.

Great Place

My wife and I grew up in the area. We were visiting family and this stay was all around great. We were able to visit everyone and had a great place to come back to for rest.

Clean, well appointed house very near New River Gorge NP, literally 5 min from the Canyon Rim Visitor Center. Very convenient to downtown Fayetteville, restaurants, etc. Was great for my wife and I and our 4 kids.
