This is a fantastic little place close to the quaint town of Fayetteville and within walking distance to the New River Gorge. We rented the place for Bridge Day and were very pleased with the choice. Tresha was wonderful to work with and she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She has thought about everything when stocking the house, including different size crock pots, air fryer, steamer, blender, etc. The house is very clean and well maintained. We felt right at home in this cozy little gem. The only thing I would recommend is having a few staples in the house, such as aluminum foil, saran wrap, sugar packets, etc. Other than a few very minor items (that we could live without), I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely book this place again when staying in the area.

The house was perfectly clean and set up with everything we needed. Well-appointed kitchen. It was the perfect small home for us and our close friends to have as home base for our New River Gorge adventures. We loved the large back yard with vibrant fall trees, comfortable furniture under an awning, and a firepit. Walked to restaurants in town. Convenient to all our daytime activities and quiet at night. Clear and speedy communications with the host. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for accessing the National Park and other area state parks. The bed was very comfortable and we had the kitchenware needed to prepare meals. Everything was clean and convenient. Tresha was a gracious host. We enjoyed seeing deer in the back yard and how quiet the area seemed. Even with neighbors nearby, it still felt quite private, while also being convenient to town and other amenities. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The property's location was within walking distance of Fayetteville that had great options for dining and shopping. It was also a perfect location for all the activities in New River Gorge.The house was very clean with new towels and linens and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into making our stay comfortable. It was the little things like dish soap, laundry detergent and zip lock bags that was very helpful when you are away from home. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook, down to the chilled mugs in the freezer.We especially enjoyed the patio space in the back. It was wonderful having breakfast on the patio with deer coming through the yard.

Tresha was a great host. She immediately came to help when we had a problem getting into the house. The house was clean, well stocked, and in a very convenient location for visiting many destinations in Southern West Virginia.

My wife and I stayed for a week. The house was walkable to restaurants and shops in town. We were able to get to the national park and beach in Summersville. It was a perfect week. Thanks!!

Great location for walking into town. The house had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were comfy. I wish we’d had one more night so we could have grilled outside and enjoyed the backyard. Timely communication about checkin and all my questions were answered. I would stay here again.

We book this house every year. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and has everything you need. The mattresses are so comfortable, and the linens always look and feel brand new. Definitely a 5 star place to stay.

My friends and I loved our stay here. There was some slight confusion as we arrived, due to the GPS taking us past the proper street and the house shutters having been painted a new color since the listing photo was taken, but Tresha was responsive and helpful! Great location within walking distance of hiking trails and local restaurants (including vegan options!). Nice back porch, and we enjoyed using the fire pit. Many thanks to Tresha!

I participated in the Bridge Day 5K and events afterwards. This was such a perfect location. The house is beautiful and neighborhood is quiet. Lovely!
