The Palms, Beachside Location, Steps to Sand-Ping Pong, Hot Tub, Dogs Welcome.

Every part of this place was beautiful😃 And the private hot tub and fire pit surrounded by fragrant flowers was perfect! Only problem was no wash cloths in the kitchen 😉 pretty minor. Even had a ping pong table in the garage to use. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Host was awesome! She responded quickly. House was beautiful, cozy and clean. Good location in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We were only a block away from the beach. Look forward to staying here in the future!

The house is well stocked-tons of activities such as ping pong, games,and entertainment system. Very clean hot tub in a private yard. Easy walk to the beach and house is well laid out. Enjoyed our stay

Good location close to the beach.

Wonderful location with easy walk to the beach. Pet friendly and comfortable for entire family (Mom, Dad, pre-teen, grandma, and dog). The house was as advertised and we enjoyed the hot tub in the cold rainy weather. The outdoor shower came in handy for our dog who enjoyed long walks overlooking the beach.

Lisa was most gracious. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. The sleeping facilities were very comfortable. We highly recommend Lesa and the house.

Kitchen was well stocked but all the cabinets were full with not place to put food we brought with us.

Plenty of space for the number of occupants, easy walk to the beach and lots of beach toys available, including wetsuits. Fun family ping pong tournament in the garage, puzzles and games. No shortage of activities for the whole family.

The house was just as shown on the site, tucked away on a cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable.

This property is perfect! Great location! Walked to the beach on a short walk every evening to see the sunset. We cooked breakfasts and some dinners, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the master shower was great! It was a short drive to town, or to Cayucos. Lisa's communication was wonderful, even when I messed up and thought we were not leaving until the next day, she was very kind! We wil be back someday, and hope it is available, as we would love to stay again! Thank you Lisa for everything!

Very satisfied with everything

Hosts were very communicative. We had an issue with the hot tub but they responded immediately and helped us find a solution. They also were very sweet and gave us ideas of things we should do locally.

We enjoyed another great visit to Morro Bay. This house is located very close to the beach and dog beach. The cul de sac is nice and quiet and the house has everything you need in a home away from home. The host is also super nice and easy to work with!

We had a wonderful time. The location was steps from the beach, which we visited daily, and close to food and shops. We used the hot tub and fire pit which were clean and easy to operate. We used the oven to bake a pot pie from Linn’s in Cambria, it worked well and the pie was fantastic. The outdoor shower came in handy to rinse off after the beach and all the games and ping pong in the garage we do fun for us all after adventuring all day.

The hot tub jets were excellent for sore muscles after a long drive, and the beds were so comfortable with nice, soft sheets. Loved the short walk to the beach and to the pub. Played lots of ping pong and card games with my boys. It was such a nice respite and easy for my CalPoly-student daughter to get to us after her finals were over. Lisa was very responsive and cool; we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the conversations by the fire pit.

The hosts went above and beyond to make their home a special place for us for Christmas. We traveled from North Carolina to be with our children who both live in California and we could not have felt more welcome. They answered our questions immediately even though it was their holiday too. If we ever travel to Morro Bay again, we will stay in this home without question.

I spent 4 days in this house with 2 of my girlfriends from College. We all went to school in San Luis Obispo, so we wanted to go back to the scene of the crime. The house was great. Fully stocked with all kitchen and bathroom needs. The pingpong table in the garage gave us hours of entertainment (also a couch in the garage). I should have made this review back in March after we left. Shame on me that I didn't. Here is the deal, I discovered a week ago that my absolute favorite, very expensive sweater, was missing. I have not needed this sweater in months so I didn't realize that it was missing. I decided after 2 days of stewing over it to reach out to the owners of my March VRBO. I had no expectations of finding it but I had to try. I don't normally spend that much on a sweater but I really loved it so I did it. After I sent an email to Lisa, the owner, she got back to me within ten minutes to tell me that she had it and that she would mail it to me in the next two days. She didn't even ask me for money. Of course I insisted on paying for the shipment. Please note, Lisa told me immediately that items are often left behind in their rentals and that they have a policy of waiting one month to see if anybody inquires looking for an item. Again, I left my sweater in March. She told me that she had a feeling that somebody one day would come looking for this sweater so she kept it. And here I am. Thank you Lisa for being a great human. I will rent from you anytime.

Beautiful property a block from the beach. Had a wonderful stay and this extremely nice house. Short walk to the beach . Highly recommend .

Morro Bay is a great place to stay. We found a great coffee place, loved the local grocery store and had some excellent meals (with views!!). Location was perfect for us. Easy access to walk to the beach. House layout was great for us all. Very tastefully decorated. We felt very at home during our stay. Nice open sitting areas in the main areas. Backyard was perfect. Hot tub was a treat. And it allowed for our dog to have a little freedom. Host was very easy to work with and very responsive. Check in was super simple. And thank you very much for the early check in.

We laid to rest my husband’s Dad in Atascadero and then decompressed in this beautiful home. Perfectly located to beaches and good restaurants. We hope to come back again soon.

Had an amazing time enjoying everything Morro Bay has to offer. Easy check-in and communication. So much to see and do in the local area. It was great to be centrally located to so many fun things to do. We’ll definitely be back!

House is in a great location, next to a State Beach and walking distance to the Cayucos dog beach. It was clean and comfortable, and very well stocked. Instructions were clear and concise. Check in and out process was very easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and ping pong table. Beds were comfortable, linens were high quality. This is a well loved home and we appreciate it being shared!

This home had everything for a great vacation. Kitchen had many amenities and extras. Short walk to Strand beach where we found hundreds of beautiful shells and rocks. Will stay again!
