1. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were grimy and not well kept. My wife had to clean out one of the cabinets.2. The refrigerator was filled with partially opened and outdated food.3. The dish towels were torn and stained. 4. Multiple screens torn with large holes. 5. Many of the kitchen utensils were placed back in the drawer dirty by previous renters.

This is our second time staying at this home. The amenities were in good condition.

Everything went great. Dog friendly Great great location. Walking distance to beach and great walking areas! The house and location was great!!

The only thing i noticed when we arrived it did not have a pleasant smell unlived in stagnant like it needed to be aired out. Which we did. We had an amazing vacation.

We were very happy with the location. The house is comfortable. The room in the photo is very cool, we spent a lot of time there reading and observing. It was a nice getaway!

We like to travel to this area and is very dog friendly with a great community! This is our first time staying in Morro Bay and all wanted to walk from the dunes to Cayucos/Morro Stand State Beach which we did in 5.6 miles in about 2 hours taking our time, but we will be coming back to do some Kayaking and this is a wonderful little retreat while having all the creature comforts of home!

I've stayed at this house previously and am positively surprised by how clean and well kept it is. The house is in a good location and in walking distance to parks and the coast. We enjoyed staying here

We stayed here two weeks in March of 2025. The house was very comfortable for us. Clean and spacious. Downstairs bed (king) was quite good for sleeping. We had some dry weather and some wet weather. Windy a lot, but when not windy the sunny days were perfect. Loved being able to use the garage. We took our dog to the dog beach every day (a bit far to walk to so we drove). There is also a dog park 15-minutes' walk away. Walking distance to a supermarket (Spencer's) and a great Mexican Restaurant (Taco Temple). Lots of great walks and hiking short drives away. Roku TV was not easy to figure out, but we found stuff to watch just about every night.

We loved our stay here for 28 days. Had nice walks around the neighborhood which was quiet even though it's a few blocks away from a school. Nice little green space Park not too far away and great views if you walk to the top of the hill. Grocery store very close by as well as hey yummy taco place

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The home owners supplied everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for the pets. Even though the heater was not working in the sunroom at the time of our stay, it got warm enough in the afternoon that we could sit in there comfortably and watch the beautiful sunset. The communication with the home owners was great. We would definitely stay here again for our next vacation!

Good location, roomy, comfortable, nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful visit. There was a get hiking book at the property that got us out for some great adventures. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There was plenty of room for the three of us. It would be great if there was a level 2 charger at the house for EV’s and solar panels on the roof to power the house. One improvement on the cleaning there was dog hair somewhere that we picked up in our socks. The location was great . It was so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great accommodations, kitchen completely stocked like home. Secure backyard for the pup. The sun porch was delightful. Thanks for a memorable trip.

The house worked out great for our family gathering on the Central Coast. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The enclosed porch room is lovely for relaxing and watching the sunsets. Taco Temple is delicious, just a few blocks away. We had a wonderful stay!

One of nicest and cleanest places I have stayed in Morro Bay.

Place was great! Vsry comfortable and in a perfect location. Everything we needed was there, our son had a great time running around and looking at all the plants in the yard! Views were beautiful, our family had a great time we will definitely be back again!
