Stayed Aug 28, 2025This is such a cute little bolthole, with jaw-dropping views of Kalami Bay. The house was actually bigger than we expected with a dining area, galley kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and two outside balcony's. There is a donkey path route to Kalami right next to tge property. It took us about 6 minutes down and 9 minutes back up the hill. If you don't want to carry heavy grocery bags back up, then the friendly supermarket folks will deliver. A wonderful stay in a special place.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stayed for 8 days in The Old Office. Whilst we fully appreciated and chose the property for the view, the rest of the interior was lacking maintenance and spending. It seems like old furniture has just been thrown in to fill up the room. The A/C in the bedroom was not working optimally. The bathroom drain has a terrible stink which has also been pointed out by others. The solution ? Owner came around and dumped some strong cleaning agent down to drain to kill the smell, but once that was flushed out the smell returned. Should just be fixed properly once and not a returning problem for all the various guests. So 5 stars for the view - 2 starts for the decor/furniture. 1 star for the smell. Parking difficult but possible along the roadside nearby.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025We had a great time in the apartment, only the power and water outages during the hottest days were annoying.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view was something magical. Everything is well arranged in advance with self check-in and clear instructions on how to reach the apartment by car. The apartment was clean and the sheets were changed half way through our stay. We also received plenty of new towels. The luxury of a free washing machine was nice to wash the beach towels once. Kalami is one of the most beautiful places on the island of Corfu. It has all amenities, 7 minutes from the beach with plenty of food and drink options. The restaurant Dimitri's next to the apartment has delicious food and is also helpful if you have questions about the island or want tips.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Gorgeous secluded spot close to Kalami beach and 2 doors down from Domitris Taverna - the best restaurant we visited in the area! The house has everything you need, feels homey, and has the best view around. Only a 20 min walk to the beach or if you're up for a short hike there is a short cut to the beach that takes about 5 mins. One of the best trips we've done in ages, would thoroughly recommend

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A little home from home. Lovely views over Kalami bay from the balcony. Steep path leads from the house down into Kalami- not suitable if you're unfit, but very peaceful location.

Stayed Sep 5, 2023Compact but enough space for two. The view from the bedroom balcony as shown on the advert is stunning. The downside is that the property is right on the main road so traffic noise is unavoidable and there is no adjacent car parking. Your car has to be parked at the side of the road 100m away opposite Dimitri's restaurant. Our car was hit while there. However, Dimitri's restaurant is excellent but booking ahead is essential.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Kalami is a beautiful holiday village set in a small bay. The beach is rocky/shingly, the sea crystal clear and clean, becoming deep enough for swimming very quickly. There are sufficient tavernas/restaurants situated at the back of the beach. there could probably be more, but this may make the resort more popular and ultimately spoil it. Most of the accommodation apartments/villas are in the resort and are of good standard, although the San Antonio complex looks out of place. There are a couple of supermarkets and of course the famous Durrell White House at the far end of the beach which is an excellent restaurant and well worth a visit although, as with all the restaurants, it pays to book in advance, but this could depend on the time of season one goes on holiday. We stayed in the Old Office apartment which is of good standard with an incredible view over the bay. Access down to the resort is via a rough path outside the apartment which zig zags down a steep slope and takes about 10 minutes but is not for the faint hearted and care is needed. Coming back up is hard work in the heat!! We opted to take the lifts up through the San Antonio complex and the walk along the road back to the Old Office which takes about 25 minutes. Demitris Restaurant is 30 seconds from the Old Office and is excellent and very popular so booking is essential. Stavros, the waiter, is a real character and the service/food offered up by Demetris and his wife Allison is exemplary.
