Stayed Oct 12, 2024The home was nice and seemed clean, but there was both an indoor and outdoor bug problem. The home had a build up of ants, spiders and tiny flies in the window sills, corners of the walls and on the outdoor patio. There was a live cockroach in the master bedroom. The home was clean, but could use a good wipe down of cobwebs and insects hanging out, and some exterminating. Overall it was spacious, a nice modern home, secure, and lots of animals and nature to explore.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Front gate did not work. House had lots of dead bugs in windows, food stuck to cabinets/trash pull out, overall not very clean. Property has lots of things laying around in the yard and back of property. In need of thorough deep clean, exterior clean, better start up amenities. Marketed as luxury property but is not being maintained as such. Pool was beautiful but strange rules about not using area around the pool. Probably would not stay again at that price point and condition.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023Was not told that only half of the rental would be available. Communication is key. If I’d know we wouldn’t have access to the full home I wouldn’t have rented it for 2grand hits why the didn’t say anything. No lake access. Update your information on the site.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023This home is absolutely beautiful with an amazing deck to view the lake and stargaze. It is gated and felt safe. The beds are comfy, ac works great, Just a beautiful property. Only 2 boat ramps open on canyon lake when we were there so plan for long waits to put in…the lake is clean, clear beautiful water.

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Description of this property is short compared with what you get…. Tons of light, great view, nice and clean, all minimum to stay comfortable, like all appliances and linen in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Great stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969THERE WERE TWO A/C UNITS AT THIS HOME. ONE WORKED AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO AND THE OTHER ONE LOCATED AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOME NEVER WORKED AT ALL!! OUR RESERVATION WAS FROM THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8th THROUGH SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11th (THREE NIGHTS). IT WAS VERY WARM OUTSIDE FOR DECEMBER SO SEVEN PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP SLEEPING IN ALL THE BEDROOMS AT THE LEFT OF THE HOUSE (THE SIDE OPPOSITE FROM THE KITCHEN) LITERALLY SWEATED ALL NIGHT LONG FOR THREE NIGHTS STRAIGHT! THIS IS/WAS SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I WILL BE RESEARCHING HOW TO GET OUR MONEY BACK AS SOON AS I GET TO WORK TOMORROW!!!

Stayed Oct 14, 2022My husband and I rented this as a getaway to relax for a few days. The property is beautiful and views are amazing! A couple of small heads up I wished I knew before coming. 1) we couldn’t get the AC to cool the place and it was stuck at 78 the whole time. In Texas that’s pretty hot and we ended up leaving a day early. 2) I think the homeowner was there, which we didn’t realize but it *does* say in the print that it’s a possibility. Be sure you know about that! Luckily we weren’t planning on cooking much, kitchen items were sparse. Great location!! This is the place for views and I believe water access.
