Stayed Jun 16, 2026This property was probably the best property I have stayed in, after years of VRBOing! 3 bedrooms and 4 baths; and each bath was incredibly well appointed and well-stocked. The kitchen? French kiss. Everything we possibly could need. And I don't know about you, but my friends and I always appreciate a huge, comfortable couch that we can all plop on. This property delivers. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 9, 2026We loved this house it was well taken care of well stocked with dishes and toiletries towels Etc. It is not as close to King Street as we originally thought but easily within driving or bicycle distance. Beds were comfortable and towels were clean and soft. Would definitely say here again

Stayed Mar 6, 2026The OakTree was perfect for our group! The home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The living room had a beautiful large couch that made it easy for all of us to relax together. Having three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional powder room was ideal for six girls getting ready and spending time together. Everything was spotless, stylish, and very well maintained. The location was also fantastic and close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 18, 2026All the big beds and bathrooms were great. The location was nice. We didn't sit on the couch at all because it was so stained and one of the bathrooms was dirty.

Stayed May 14, 2025My family and I stayed at this property for a long weekend to enjoy Charleston. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for your stay. It is just a short ride to Downtown and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful streets to explore nearby. The bedrooms can get a bit hot if you are staying in the summer, so I would suggest leaving your door open at night or bringing a fan.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024The location was really good, it was close to all the things we wanted to see. The neighbors above were a bit noisy but there was a noise machine in each of the 3 bedrooms and that helped a lot.
