Very clean and roomy. Host was quick at getting back with any questions. Location was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our visit. After we checked out, we realized we had accidentally left an item behind, and the host went above and beyond to locate it and kindly offered to ship it back to us. We’re so grateful for the extra effort and care. Highly recommend staying here — we’d happily return!

This house was perfect for our first family getaway as a family of 4. We traveled with a 5 year old and newborn plus my parents. The house was perfectly situated for all of us. The backyard was awesome for the kids!! We walked to the brewery and coffee shop. We’ll be renting this house again!

House was as described & had everything we needed. Convenient location, excellent communication from owner, great space for parking.

We had a wonderful wedding weekend in Nashville! We had events downtown and on the west side and this house was very centrally located. It was perfect for our family of 9 …. many happy memories were created here!

Home was very clean and cozy. Kitchen, baths and home were updated. Kitchen had everything needed. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a good property. There's a lot outdoor access convenient neighborhood very responsive host.

Both baths in the upper floor had very low quality shower/tubs. It made noises during someone’s shower that could be heard downstairs. Very thin fiberglass I believe. Master bath ceiling was water stained from a previous water issue.

Everything about this house was fantastic and can’t wait to stay there again.

Great location

Wife and I, and two adult children w/ partners stayed for Christmas week. House was well stocked, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and in a nice neighborhood. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom which was perfect. Open kitchen and living area with lots of comfortable seating. Though not used due to weather, back yard deck seating, front porch and balcony offered pleasant outdoor areas. Location was convenient - quick access to interstate and 15 min or less to anything. Owner was responsive and helpful in all interactions.

Great home that fit our family of five. Everything we needed, and a great location! Very clean and comfortable, and the fenced backyard was an added bonus! Close to fabulous restaurants. Will stay again!

A very nice and well equipped home in a good location for visiting or being a tourist. Very clean at check in and it had all the essentials for all of our activities. The Master Suite on the ground level is very nice and the other two bedrooms nice but serviceable for larger groups.

Loved the home and having a bathroom in every bedroom. Enjoyed easy access to downtown and other local attractions. Host was easy to work with. I highly recommend this option.

We came to Nashville for the zach bryan concert during a heat advisory. This rental was a great place to cool down and relax after a fun night in Nashville
