The Modern Blue - Walk to Downtown Prescott!

The property was small but clean and lacked a stove, range or dishwasher, which was not a problem for us. However, the queen sized bed in the bedroom space occupied most of the space making it difficult getting in and out of the bed. The double door entry utilizes a code for access but doesn't close securely. The small step in front of the double doors is not large enough, especially when you are carrying any items. I would not recommend this property for senior citizens or persons with any disability.

I cut my trip short. The only bed was extremely broken down and very uncomfortable. My back went out from the horrible mattress. The sofa in the living room was even worse. Instructions for the ac units unclear so i had to call for help. It took over an hour to get an answer. The cook top didnt work and i never got an answer on that. The mini blind in the bedroom has slats missing so the sun woke me up every morning at the crack of dawn. There was a hole in the bathroom wall next to the tub that looks like it was caused by water damage. Nit sure what was living in there. The little yard in the side was ok but no shade whatsoever. Property is NOT within walking distance of downtown. Neighborhood is sketchy part of town. As a single female i didnt feel as safe as i would like. I booked for 3 weeks. After a week i could hardly function because my back was so spasmed. I asked for some kind of refund for any part of the trip. The answer took 2 weeks and was NO. However they were very fast to charge my credit card when i booked. I have stayed in VRBOs in the past and had pleasant stays. This one has convinced me that i wont be returning for any more vrbo stays.

Very clean, and well stocked. Comfortable and quiet. Very close to whiskey row. Great little place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was just right for the two of us. I think it would be great to have a little shade cover over swings and the comforter was too heavy. Thanks

Just need a business trip place to stay. This works fine. Your emails don't make sense regarding the property. There isn't a stove to clean, a dishwasher and the AC instructions don't match the controls.

Property was a great small home for one person or a couple right in the heart of Prescott. Host was very responsive. Had one issue with A/C that host corrected right away.

My cocker spaniel and I entered an agility trial in chino Valley and chose this VRBO for four nights. The weather took a turn for the worst and we were grateful for a warm and cozy place to stay. I have no trouble recommending this property - it was everything we needed and so comfortable. The property managers were very good with communication and so accomodating. We had everything we needed and more. I plan to stay here again when we enter agility trials in the fall. Thank you for such a good experience!

Great little place not too far from down town Prescott. It was very cozy and clean! My dog loved the little yard where he was able to lay out and get some sun!
