The Mermaid Studio

We all loved the property and it was super convenient that there were several little bungalows on the same property! The wedding was last minute due to the weather but it was perfect! We had the time of our lives gathering with military friends we haven’t seen in years! Thank you!

Amy was an awesome host and Snoop was the best Greeter :) Enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid. We loved relaxing on the dock and many good places for drinks and eats close by!

Absolutely the best little staycation that I treated myself to. It was close to home but Gary enough to relax and enjoy the peacefulness by the water. My main reason for staying here was so I could enjoy the Christmas boat parade and not fight with crowds and parking.. this was perfect for me and my fur baby

Very clean and beautifully decorated with vibrant, breezy colors. The open floor plan encouraged socializing and still allowed for quiet solitude. Great yard to take in some sun, chill, and play with your fur baby. Huge floating docks for fishing, sunbathing, droppin in kayaks or takin a dip. Our room had a full kitchen compliment; full size fridge, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, hot plate, microwave, Keurig, coffee, and a terrific gift basket with tasty snacks and beverages.Great location; plenty of parking for all guests.Amy was an amazing hostess and offered lots of tips for checking out the local scene. She even allowed us to bake a pie in her kitchen for the holiday!!Looking forward to staying here again!!

We and our pups had the best time! Amy, our host, couldn’t have been kinder. She made sure that all that we could need was there and ready. The Mermaid Room was perfect!! And absolutely adorable. And I don’t know what kind of mattress it is…but it’s the most comfortable I’ve ever slept!!! Her home and the grounds, are lovely and so calming. You can sit by the water and just feel the peace.

Spaciouus room with sitting area. Plenty of room to spread out.

Amy has a very clean property. She was very accommodating and welcoming. We would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. Our only downside was the one hour drive to Clearwater beach. There were closer beaches just not as nice and as pretty as Clearwater. We had a great time though. Downtown New Port was great!

Amy and the property was wonderful! We enjoyed our visit immensely and look forward to visiting her property again soon! Wife loved the decorative room and location has wonderful restaurants nearby. Thank you Amy for providing us a wonderful location for our vacation!

Very nice neat and clean place to stay right on the water. Had a nice dock for my 25 foot fishing boat. There was a ramp right across the street with Trailer parking several restaurants right around the corner and a nice area to get out on the water which is what we were looking for and Amy was very nice and easy to deal with. Very thoughtful on what she had there and very helpful if you needed anything.
