Our family of 11 (4 children and 7 adults) had a fantastic stay in this charming Cape May house! The house is beautiful and spacious. . The 4 kids were all able to stay in one room with 2 twins and one day bed with a trundle bed. It was also nice to have 4 full bathrooms throughout the house. We had everything we needed and were very impressed. We would definitely recommend.

This VRBO rental in Cape May exceeded all expectations with its spacious layout and prime location near Washington Street Mall and next to the Elmen Physick Estate. The well-equipped kitchen, abundant pantry essentials, and spacious dining areas catered to every need. The luxurious master bedroom included a seating area with a computer desk, a walking closet, and a jacuzzi. Multiple living spaces- sunroom, family room, formal living room- and lower level bedrooms and bathroom offered ample comfort and privacy. Thoughtful amenities such as TVs in every room, games for family fun nights, and labeled essentials enhanced the stay. Excellent customer service from Coastline Realty! The owners paid meticulous attention to detail for the renters' convenience. Everything was thoughtfully labeled, from recycling instructions to essential information neatly displayed in a three-section frame. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift of Cape May wine and local honey, a perfect introduction to the area's delights. In conclusion, this rental is a true gem in Cape May, and we can't wait to return! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Perfect location and rental property for a family reunion to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of our parents. Home was spacious, clean, in a great location with plenty of parking. Very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great weekend. The house was wonderful perfect for all of the family ranging from 5 years old to 80.

Exceeded our expectations! The property provided a magical and wonderful experience that we hope to do again in 2022!

We were a group of birders down to Cape May to enjoy the natural wonders of the area. The house completely satisfied our needs with lots of bedrooms, large bathrooms, wonderful kitchen and living areas for all to enjoy the evenings. We did have some minor issues with parking for everyone, but otherwise it was great. Of course, we wished it was located at the Point, but you can't have everything.

This property is lovely and provided ample space for my entire family. The location is great with everything within a short bike ride or 15 minute walk. Would recommend this house to any large families with a pet.

What more can be said, but our expectations were not only met, they were surpassed. The Marlin House is better than it looked online, and actually bigger than i had hoped. Clean, fresh, and absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The rooms worked out great, and being next to the openness of the Physick Estate really added to the peacefulness that Cape May is. Reading on the porch is one of my favorite things to do while everyone is sleeping and the Marlin House has the perfect porch to do this on. We immediately re-booked for the next year once we were done, that's how much we enjoyed it. And Homestead Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with, and the communication and assistance couldn't have been better.

The home was spacious with a large dining room and several seating area. This was a perfect setting for a family reunion. The decor and furniture were tasteful. We felt at home!
