Stayed Sep 18, 2025Great house and location! Very clean and plenty of roomy space for our family of 9. We came to Lubbock to attend a family wedding and the house was perfect for all of us out-of-town travelers. The house layout, aesthetics, and amenities were very nice. We all enjoyed it!

Stayed Feb 24, 2025Overall the property was great. Worked out well for our work trip - lots of modern updates and very clean! The only complaint, which I assume might be remedied in the future as I think the property is newly renovated, was the hot water heater. We all needed to shower before a basketball game and only 1 of the 5 of us got a hot shower. I assumed a house with 6 bedrooms would have a tankless water heater but obviously that was not the case. Otherwise - lots of bonuses to the property, TVs in all the rooms and access to use the garage was very beneficial when storing items from our truck beds overnight.
