Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked this place long before figuring out anything else for our stay in Oneonta. It is an older house but has been updated and very clean! All rooms are upstairs along with 1 bathroom, the second bathroom is down stairs in the laundry room but works out. The ONLY thing I'd suggest is window coverings for the bedrooms. If you are the kind of person that gets up with the sun you will be up by 5:30 every morning!

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Great house for baseball families. We spent so much time at the fields, the short 2 minute drive to the park was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds and anything you may need. We never used the yard or cute garage but I'm sure we would have enjoyed it!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023It was a perfect distance from the All star village, had everything we needed, even a wagon and ice chest for the games. Games for entertaining the siblings and a nice yard to enjoy a dinner outside. Thank you for the wine and a great place to stay.

Stayed May 19, 2023We stayed here two nights for college graduation. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
