Property was great, we had 3 couples with out group and the location is perfect to walk to most places. Parking can be of issue it is Charleston proper after all.
Our family of 6 had a fantastic at our Stay Duvet VRBO. 5 minute walk to King st.
Loved this property! Pros: Great location Quiet SPOTLESS when we arrived Comfortable beds with great sheets/bedding Well equipped (washer/dryer, hair dryers in all bedrooms, coffee to start, DW soap, dishwashing liquid, detergent, TVs in each bedroom) Cons: Third floor bedroom has no mirror Clothing storage/hooks/shelves lacking Raised bricks on driveway- dangerous at night - tripping hazard Right across the street/around the corner/next door: Sugar bakery, Holey City Bagel, Southbound restaurant (went for a drink and loved!) We were there on a girls trip of 6 (2 to a room). It was perfect for us as each pair had their own space but we were all together in the common areas. The king beds in every bedroom were a huge draw for us. We walked a lot and ubered to many spots. We didn’t find a great grocery store very close by but we were fine with what was available.
Very nice property. It’s relatively new. Beds super comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, close to King Street, nice bathrooms, bedrooms roomy. Each with an en-suite bath. Would definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay at this property and would certainly stay again. We were all very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.
Perfect house…we had three couples and the house layout and furnishings we great. Definitely will book again.
Wonderful house. Great location. We walked everywhere! Was a great house for our family - 2 parents and our 3 adult children. Highly recommended.
The only problem was the parking. There is space for one car and unfortunately there is no street parking. Only solution is parking at a parking garage which is blocks away. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Amazing property, location and management. This exceeded my expectations. Perfect and timely communications from their team. The property was as described and had several nice extra touches. Access and parking were easy. We could walk to most of our needs and activities. There are neighborhood coffee/breakfast and several restaurants that were close by. I would choose this property again the next time in Charleston. Feel safe choosing this place.
Yearly girls trip. Great property. Easy walk to king street and restaurants. Close to Sewing Down Soith store ?
Excellent location. Especially loved that we had an area to all congregate and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It could use a drop spot at the front door, hooks and a little shelf or something. The closet in the living room could use a coat rod and hangers. Also would have been nice to have a small shelf over the toilet in the bathroom to place toiletries. The east bedroom would be better off with top down shades, we had no privacy unless the dark shades were down so we had no daylight. Obviously new construction so maybe these small things can still or will be added. Super great otherwise!
Very pleased with our stay. The house was perfect!
We all loved the house. It was in a nice location and had everything stated in the listing. We loved the fact that all the beds were King sized and the bathrooms were great! I would definitely go back. The only problem we had was they wouldn't give us a late checkout on Sunday so we had to lug our luggage to the restaurant.
Can't wait to visit Charleston again!
5 of us stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved this townhome. We all commented how comfortable the beds were and what a nice job they did with the decorating. It isn’t stocked well if you want to cook a meal but I imagine most visiting aren’t planning to do that. The location was great and the bakery Sugar across the street is a must try. Walking to King St. was easy and grabbing an Uber was also easy and fast. One thing to note is the parking space is the space between the 2 units in the exterior picture. If someone is parked in space C it is very difficult to get in and out of space D. We wanted to mention because having a parking spot was one of the reasons we chose this property. It worked out because we never moved my car but would have been more troubling had we planned to use our car more. Overall though we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.
Great place; good location; would recommend
Very clean, comfortable and the host was very professional. Close to King and walkable to center of town. Each room had bathroom plus additional bathroom on main level. Plenty of room!
We are a family of 5, with 3 boys ages 13, 15, and 20. We booked this property for our family Christmas trip and it was perfect! From the space it allowed for each of us to the cleanliness to the convenience of being of being so close to king street. There was also a bakery and a coffee shop within a quick less than 5 minute walk. If you are looking to stay in Charleston, I would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!
The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and Stay Duvet was very attentive. I wish it was a little closer to the historic district but was walkable.
My husband took our daughter and her husband to visit Charleston! This place was within walking distance to so many things we enjoyed! Sugar cupcakes is across the street. Thanks for hosting
The house was beautifully appointed. Three primary bed room suites all with king sized beds. The house was close to restaurants and the free Dash bus lines.
This was a great house! Convenient location! Very clean and had plenty of kitchen necessities! Management co is always there to assist! Would definitely stay here again!
