Up the stairs sits the living, dining, and outdoor space, all of which is exclusive to your party during your stay. The second floor space features a hallway that runs parallel to the staircase with a banister that overlooks the entryway below. The master bedroom, living room and one bathroom are accessible from here. Straight ahead and just past the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom includes a full length mirror, a ceiling fan with light, and an armoire for hanging clothes and storage. Multiple windows and direct access to the kitchen make this bedroom ideal for go getters and early risers! The spacious second bedroom is located to the left of the kitchen and features an additional decorative fireplace, one of the many original design details within the home. This bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, armoire, and an additional rack for hanging items. The ensuite bath, located to the right of the bedroom’s entrance, is both convenient and private.
*Airbed: Available upon request, however, you must notify management at least 24 hours before your check-in time*
Accessible via the hallway or through the second bedroom, the master bedroom is nothing short of an oasis. The space includes a comfy king size bed, sofa, decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, and a corner workspace complete with a desk, chair, and lamp. The bathroom is located just a few steps down the hall.
The living area is located just past the master bedroom close to the front of the home. The space is equally stylish and comfortable, offering ample seating and direct access to the private second floor balcony, which allows for fresh air, relaxation, and a firsthand look at the vibrant Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood from above.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

Its a great place in a good location. Not too loud and not too busy. Great for any trip to Charleston. Should note there are lots of steps to get in and tight parking but it is an urban area with older homes and that is to be expected.
This property is perfect for several couples staying together with three large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! The balcony is lovely for evening drinks. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping. We had one issue and the response from management was fast and perfect. Two things to keep in mind: staircase leading up (it’s a 2nd floor unit) is steep and parking is VERY tight - more sedan than SUV. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Maison de Jasmine. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we loved the decor. Stay Duvet made the check in/out process easy and were very responsive when we had questions or issues (our A/C broke, but they sent a tech to repair it right away). The apartment also provided all the amenities we needed (lots of towels, extra pillows, coffee, full kitchen, washer detergent, local guidebooks, etc.). We were in town to visit College of Charleston with our daughter and appreciated that the location of the place, which was within walking distance or a short Uber ride from almost anywhere in town. Dining highlights include: Holey Bagel (bagels & coffee --literally down the street), Indaco (rustic Italian), Leon's Poultry & Seafood (We ate there twice!). There are lots of other great restaurants in the neighborhood. We just didn't have time to try them all. Note, it's helpful to make dinner reservations in advance. If you are planning to do any sort of walking tour, we'd highly recommend Two Sisters Tours, led by two native Charlestonians who share their wealth of knowledge about the city. While the location of the unit is convenient, it is on a busy street and next to restaurant that has an outdoor bar and patio, so it can be noisy at night. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay. Thank you Stay Duvet!
The decor and historic style of the home was lovely! Plenty of room for our party of 6 and large family room area to socialize. We were in a fantastic location and just blocks from King Street. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a block to a few blocks. We were able to walk everywhere but did Uber in the evenings. If you are driving, don't plan on being able to use your car if parked at the house. The lot is small and we were blocked in by the other party staying below us. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great stay!
My group stayed here for a long weekend for the half marathon. It was a great location that allowed us to walk to the starting line, as well as walk to restaurants in the area. The home itself is charming and comfortable. Check in and checkout were easy. Would recommend!
This place was very impressive. The pictures were spot on. A very good location, an easy walk to many restaurants. Parking can be a challenge in Charleston so this is important. This apartment offers a great gathering area plus the porch with comfortable furniture. I would advise people to look for such things as many rentals are just bedrooms, baths, and a kitchen. The beds were very lux, a very relaxing and calm apartment. The street didn't seem to be busy but you will hear some sounds of the city which bothered no one in our group. We had one large car and was able to park in the spot provided but two large cars wouldn't work. they warn you of this so pay attention.
