Stayed Aug 7, 2021Our visit to Bracewood cottages (we stayed at The Lodge) was fabulous. The location was perfect (~ 20 min from Port Colborne). Only a very short walk to the beach (less than 1 min). The beach area in front of the property was very clean and was private. We also enjoyed the camp fire on the beach. The cottage was as listed - big and spacious with all amenities. The hosts Samantha and Dave were great. We had a fabulous time and if spots are open next year, we will be coming back here.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021The cottage is only steps away from the beach. The sunsets were beautiful while enjoying a fire. The cottage was perfect for our group of 7. We experienced very hot weather so bring fans as the cottage was very hot. A phenomenal family take out restaurant walking distance. Our children loved the week away and the climbing structures were an added bonus for their entertainment

Stayed Aug 30, 2020The cottage was very nice. Just a minute walk to the beach which was beautiful. We were able to have fires on the beach as there were already cut-off barrels on the beach for the fires. It was so relaxing. We were a group of 3 couples and we all loved it!

Stayed Aug 15, 2020Few steps away from beautiful beach at lake Erie. Sunsets are breathtaking and we all loved the fact that this property had number of fire pits right at the beach. Felt like a small community. 2 BBQs on site. We were sharing with other guests. The property was maintained and kids were enjoying the playground on site. Samantha is friendly, helpful and always responding quickly to my thousand questions. We will definitely be back.
