Families and Friends will love sitting on the beach loungers overlooking your private beach. There is also a covered deck where you can curl up on the outdoor couch and enjoy the view. This property is shaded with mature trees, a side patio off the kitchen for BBQing and more!
This open concept kitchen leading into the cozy living room which has large picturesque windows so wherever you are sitting in you have a water view. This room also flows out to the covered deck which offers the best that water front living can offer.

This property suited our needs well because of its flexibility - bedroom arrangements plus bunkie provided perfect options for various come-and-go family configurations. The open-concept cottage was bright and spotless, and offered all amenities to make our stay relaxing. The beach is narrow and shoreline stoney for a few feet, but that didn't deter the cousins and young adults from spending hours in the water with the pad provided by M&M Retreat. Then they mined clay from the lake bottom and created pottery. On the cooler day, we got out our Croquet, Bocce and Waddies, lazed in the hammock and deck loungers, played boardgames in the large covered patio, and walked the beach. Full moon and sound of waves were idyllic background to quiet evening campfires. The rare times we called on Mary Kay and Mitch, they were above-and-beyond responsive. We concur with the well-deserved high ratings and would not hesitate to return to M&M Retreat on the lake near Wainfleet.
