Stayed Oct 4, 2025This house was perfect for me and my two friends to spend a weekend together. The house is very charming and was clean. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding, and the bath towels were also nice. We appreciated the coffee bar with an assortment of k-cups for the Keurig. There is also a regular coffee pot for ground coffee. Although the living space is small, it was comfortable for us to hang out and chat during the evening. We also enjoyed the outdoor space in the backyard. As a word of caution, there are a couple places where the deck is rotted and you need to be careful where you place your chair around the table. Other than that, the backyard area is very peaceful. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Perrysburg with cute shops and restaurants. We had dinner at Lupita’s and we all enjoyed our meal. The house is also a 10 minute drive to Levis Commons, which also had nice shops and restaurants. We went to The Funny Bone Comedy Show and had a great time. The food was really good there also. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are a couple things to point out. Based on the listing, we thought the house had 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. It actually has one full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The stairway is a little steep and may be difficult for elderly guests. Just something to keep in mind if you have people with physical challenges.
