The Little House on the Hill- Near Downtown Fayetteville and the U of A

Great place and close to U of ARK. The house is perfect, has 3 rooms 2 bathrooms. Heat and AC work great.

Fantastic location, very clean and well furnished, comfortable beds and thoughtful extras like bottled water in the fridge - It was a great place to stay for our family trip to Fayetteville. We'll definitely look to stay here again on future trips.

Excellent accommodations in a perfect area - convenient to everything we needed and in a wonderful neighborhood. The home was exceptional and the host was fantastic to work with. Don't stay anywhere else!

Nice house and was perfect size for me wife and daughter. Convenient location close to many restaurants and the downtown square if you want to go to the weekend farmers market. Beds were very comfortable. Nice kitchen but no outside grill.

Hi, this is a very cute house located right in the heart of Fayetteville, near to everything. House was clean although a little worn. We had a great time and the owners were great. Very cozy, great value. Would stay again.

Weekend stay with two friends for a Razorback football game. House was ideal for us, good location to Dickson St. and football stadium (easy/inexpensive Uber ride).Would stay here again for sporting or campus event.

Truly beautiful home. Neighborhood in Fayetteville is amazing, with tall trees everywhere and virtually everything you could want or need in walking distance. But fair warning, the description of the backyard in the listing is currently inaccurate. (I'm writing this 1 Aug 2025.) The carport is gone and a separate guest house is under construction. During our stay the backyard was completely unusable for this reason, and construction workers were working while we were there. Advise you ask owners about this situation before booking.

Nice place near the town square, restaurants, shopping, music, parks and just about anything you would want, within walking distance. The cottage is spacious, well appointed, lovely front porch with furniture for morning coffee, comfortable beds and bedding, great kitchen with everything you need, including plenty of coffee. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It served us well as a place to gather for quiet family time. Great memories were made and we plan to make it our go-to accommodations for future visits.

I had a great stay here. The house is super cute, beds very comfortable, and the location was convenient. I was in town visiting my son for mom‘s weekend with his fraternity, with some extended time to get out on all the great mountain bike trails. As an STR owner myself I can be picky, and I would definitely rent here again!

Very comfortable house in perfect location! Walk to downtown easily, pretty neighborhood to walk. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the house, had everything we needed, thank you!

The cottage had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. While the location is close to campus it is near a motorcycle repair shop (noisy at times during the day) and on a very steep hill. The driveway can accommodate multiple cars in tandem but is narrow and a little challenging to turn into with a larger vehicle. The porch was great to enjoy the nice weather and the dishwasher was nearly silent when running. Home is nicely decorated and closets were spacious. We didn’t use the back porch or the back room with the extra bed. Loved all the Razorback touches.
