Stayed Mar 15, 2026The house was very nice and is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds, chairs and sofas were very comfortable, and the entire house was very clean. It happily accomodated 5 adults. It is in a great location (close to grocery stores, a few restaurants/pizzerias, Space Hall of Fame, etc.). It had 3 bedrooms and is advertised as 2 queen and 1 king, but one room had a standard or full rather than a queen size bed. We used the full bed only 2 nights, so it wasn't a huge issue. There was an issue with the front doorknob that was immediately repaired. Also, it is advertised as all fees included. Additional service fee and cleaning fee was on our bill prior to our stay. When I asked about this, it was just reiterated that it was a cleaning fee. There is also an additional Aviator Den fee that is charged. If you plan to arrive at night, you will need a flashlight to open the lockbox.

Stayed Feb 7, 2026Great location30 mins to white sands5 mins to downtown a Alamogordo 5 mins to grocery stores and shoppingClean and nice, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Gas grill was nice, hot shower with good water pressure.
