Stayed Mar 15, 2026The hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and generous, and the house was spotless. They even brought us a crate of fresh fruit from a local farmers market. This VRBO was a five-star experience—close to beaches, town, and restaurants. We plan to return next year and stay on the property again, including the new tiny home they’ve added. Wildlife and lush vegetation were everywhere, and the hosts lent us beach equipment and toys for our 4-year-old. Hosts: 10/10.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026My daughter and I recently stayed for a girls trip. The hosts were gracious, and despite them living on the property, they were very respectful of us and the property still felt extremely private. The property is very clean and well stocked with all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped including many of the staple spices and seasonings. The rental also included the access to the use of beach, chairs and umbrellas, which saves a lot of money from having to buy them while you are there.The rental decor is well appointed with a minimalistic beach/boho vibe. Theirs is a beautiful ocean sunset view from the master bedroom . There is plenty of space for everyone to have their own piece of privacy. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (to the point I’m going to reach out and ask what brand they are). Everything was extremely clean and there was nothing in disarray. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. For us there were no downsides. We would return in a heartbeat!!

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Beautiful house located near Kailua-Kona. Nestled in the forest we loved listening to the Coqui each night. Host was very friendly and welcoming to our family. Boogie boards and beach chairs were provided and the gas fire pit was great to sit next to at night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
