The Jocassee Tiny House

The stay at this property was really great. We had some family get together and the access between the lake as well as surrounding areas was really convenient. My new VRBO for that area.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The host was on top of everything, the location was beautiful, and the house was terrific!

Loved this peaceful home so much! We enjoyed walking to the lake. I was impressed the tiny house accommodated so many people (4 grown ups 2 teens 2 young kiddos) so well!

Girls weekend! We had a blast! Kayaked at the park. It’s close enough to walk, but too hilly. It would be an intense walk. We drove to the park and rented kayaks. It ended up being a beautiful day. We will be back!

Nice property in the woods and very close to Devils Fork State Park. House was clean and had all that was needed for a perfect getaway to Lake Jocassee. Tiny House was exactly as described. Bringing a boat on a trailer was a challenge to turn around but doable. Best to have a all wheel or 4 wheel drive for gravel driveway for trailering boat. Host was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns quicky. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! It had everything we needed. It was was in an awesome location near all the fun activities. It was very clean! And just a super cute not so tiny house. Tobias was helpful when we were looking for the trail to the lake although we still had a little trouble finding the right trail to get us back but it was so cool vaving that little private cove. Everything was perfect and we plan to visit again in the future. Thank you!!

Nice- quiet, clean, and spacious. We had 4 adults. It needs hand rails at front steps and a grab bar in shower and right outside shower door. . It also needs more adhesive strips in shower bottom.

The tiny house was the perfect location for a hike in Table Rock State park and boating on Lake Jocassee. The house was the perfect accommodation.

Wonderful property; brand new. Very comfortable. Great location near Devil's Fork State Park. Host, Tobias, was generous and accommodating when my travel plans were disrupted by weather.

We had a great time! It was peaceful and private. There was space for our boat. We enjoyed being outdoors hiking, boating, and kayaking, then coming back and cooking every night. There’s not a lot around as far as food, so keep that in mind. (Be sure to bring your own spices and grill tools.)Lake Jocasse was great during the week, but gets crazy busy on weekends. Also good to keep in mind when planning your trip.Everything was clean and fairly comfortable. (The queen bed could be replaced soon.) But definitely a place we would return to!

We loved our stay at Toni’s tiny house. Clean, surprisingly big and close to the lake. We would absolutely come back in the future!

Clean, well apportioned home that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easily. The kids looooved the loft and had fun playing up there. We parents loved the separate bedroom for us. We did our dinners outside by the fire pit.

This tiny home has everything we needed and then some! So many little touches and extras. We were extremely comfortable and relaxed here. We would definitely come back.

Awesome place - very secluded, plenty of privacy. Beautiful location. Even though it’s a “tiny house”, it is a very nice place and plenty of room. Very close to the lake.

We had 6 women 40+ in our group. The house is a very cute tiny home that accommodated our needs & never felt crowded. Nice bathroom for a small house as well. Love the outdoor sitting area & fire pit. Very convenient to beatiful Lake Jocassee and a nice private lot. Plenty of parking, provided plenty of necessity, & easy cleaning on exit.

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny home for a fall weekend getaway with our kids (2 and 4). The property and home have a great setup. Very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Location is close to the main swimming/boating area on Lake Jocassee in Devil’s Fork State Park. We would love to return in the summer months!

This tiny house is so well done, Great location, so convenient. My son left his wallet in the loft, Tobi contacted me immediately mailed it to me free of charge. TY!!!!

The cabin was as pictured. It was clean and had everything needed (plus some). It was very quiet and the owners were very nice! Highly recommend.

This house was perfect! It is very unique and so cool! The kids LOVED it! Although it's a tiny house there was plenty of room! Communication with property owner was excellent!

Great little peaceful cabin. Relaxing and comfortable-Very cozy. Owner was very prompt in helping us with any questions we had. We will definitely be back! **Suggest blinds over bunk windows and upstairs windows as well as new mattress in bedroom downstairs**

Perfect place to stay while visiting the lake for a week. We had a great time and really enjoyed being so close to the state park landing. My 5 year old son did not want to leave. Thanks for having us.
