A wonderful space for a family Thanksgiving reunion especially for 3 families coming together from different locations. We loved the house and space in and above the garage, and enjoyed our ability to walk to the water, the quiet neighborhood, the fully-stocked spacious kitchen which was important for making dinner for 18! and all of the little things that made the stay comfortable, fun and relaxing. We'd definitely stay again.

Very pleased. House had nice details and an abundance of useful accessories. I usually bring my own knives but it has plenty of sharp knives for cooking. I usually bring my speaker but it has Sonos connected throughout - even outside. I usually bring a coffee maker but the place has 3 different types! Drip, cups and an espresso maker. While I usually don’t give second thought, the ice maker in the house makes me want to buy that kind. An abundance of beach towels at the ready. Fussball, ping pong and pool table in garage was an added plus and with garage doors closed can make all the noise we wanted. Management was super responsive to questions. We’ll be back.

To be honest, we had an incredible time during our stay! The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything—great coffee spots, shopping, amazing restaurants, and the beach! The house itself has all the amenities you could ask for, including a ton of games, a gym, and a sauna. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for family vacation.. House is well equipped with lots of space inside & out for family to gather.. we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing. I stayed here for my wedding weekend and the house could not be more perfect. Me and my friends got ready before the wedding at the house and it was perfect for photos as well. So clean and stunning. Property manager was very responsive as well and answered all of my questions.

Needed a place for my wife and her bridal party to stay and hangout for our wedding at the towers. This home was absolutely stunning, magnificent and had plenty of room for everyone! Lots of space in the house, the amenities were easy to use, and communication was Darius was fantastic, making the weekend smooth and we would love to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at the Idea House! It’s a beautiful home with so much to offer for a large family or group of friends. The finishings throughout the home are lovely, and there’s plenty of space to gather while also providing quiet spots for relaxation. The sauna, plunge pool, and game room were big hits with our entire family! We loved being able to walk to Agave Social for a delicious dinner and we enjoyed long walks at two different beaches—such a treat!We did find that some furnishings, appliances, and amenities could use a little attention to ensure everything is in top shape. With those general upkeep matters addressed, this home would be an absolute 10!

It's a lovely home; you can't beat the location. It has a nice setup, plenty of linens and serving items, beautiful finishes, and everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was great for a family vacation. The only issue we had was that there was a swarm of bees over the pool, so we couldn’t use the pool during the daytime.but we did go in at night and it was lovely.

This home was perfect for our family. We ranged in age from 12 to 74 and everyone was happy! Location is amazing too! Thank you for a terrific stay.

The property is truly lovely. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within convenient walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only complaint we have is that the pool does not have a ladder. (The ladder is broken and lies against the garage.) It is very difficult to get in and out of the pool.

We had a wonderful time with a big group in this lovely home!
