Wonderful property, beautifully decorated with all the amenities and within walking distance (5-10 minutes) or driving (2-5 minutes) of downtown West Jefferson. We'd recommend this property to anyone visiting West Jefferson. 2 bed rooms, accommodates 2-4 people.

Wonderful Hostess Beverly, we had a couple of questions and she responded to us immediately. Nice little cottage style house. Beautifully decorated. Pristine cleanliness. Comfy beds. Walking distance to downtown West Jefferson. Multiple places to eat, drink and be merry. Beautiful area to explore on foot or by vehicle.

The house was exactly as described and one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Wish we could have remained longer. I highly recommend it.

Lovely location! Easy walk to downtown - lots of beautiful hikes around - I particularly enjoyed Elk’s Knob! House has great lay-out & clean! Beverly was very respond & helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location, just a block from downtown W Jefferson. The kitchen layout is excellent, with a separate dining area adjacent to the back porch (which is a small cement space). The living room is nicely laid out, but should have a larger table. The bedrooms are small, with inadequate storage space for extended stays, but the bedding was nice (despite the bed being a bit too soft). The front porch is very nice, and looks out to the mountains of W Jefferson (but, unfortunately, also looks out to a parking lot and the back of a factory). So, why a 5 star? Great location, nicely decorated, great kitchen, and spacious front porch.Why did I struggle giving that 5th star? Inadequate storage, factory view from the front porch, and needs larger LR table.In short: Great spot for a few days, but needs to be set up more functionally for longer stays.

This amazing home was cute and cozy. It was decorated so beautifully and had everything you could possibly need or want. I loved how well the house was renovated but the history was also visible. The convenience to everything was great, walking or short ride. We will definitely stay there again!

Wow! This lovely cottage is beautifully decorated and close to downtown West Jefferson! The Huddie Hut is very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The luxurious soaps were also very much appreciated!

Loved the house, it was beautiful, cozy and just the right size. The only thing I would recommend is an air purifier. While everything has been updated, the smell of an older home is still very strong. Thank you.

The Huddie Hut is one of the cutest and most well decorated properties I’ve ever rented. It was so well stocked too! Don’t even get me started on the beds, like sleeping on a cloud! It’s perfectly located within walking distance of downtown and the vibes of the space artfully represent the new and the old of West Jefferson. Beverly was so accommodating and even offered to turn on the porch lights for us when we arrived later than expected. I cannot wait to stay here again.

We loved our after Christmas unplug and relax stay! Beautifully decorated and nothing left out in this place. Close to all the action but quiet location. Will be back!

This wonderful two bedroom house was just what we wanted. The local was superb for those wanting to be within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped and felt like home. We will definitely try to book this place next year when we return to West Jefferson.

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot if you’re looking to be close to DT West Jefferson! The house had everything we needed too.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was so perfect!! So clean! Beautifully decorated!! And, had absolutely everything we needed! Lots of really nice touches! Shower gel, Body Lotion, and a Keurig, with coffee! We would highly recommend this place. Very short distance to a really cute downtown!! Will definitely stay again!

What a cute house! Beautifully decorated, everything you need, plush towels and comfy bed. Great location. We walked to meet friends at New River Brewery & then to hear music at the Red Dog Cafe. The next day we went to downtown for lunch & shopping. We sat in the porch for coffee & at night for a cocktail. Our only complaint was that the house smells like moth balls. There was room spray and plug ins that definitely helped. We were not at the house except to shower & sleep, but we would highly recommend this house and would for sure rent again.
