It benefits, by its large picture windows, of an exceptional view on the port and the movements of the tide. The beaches are nearby, the Rochard beach is 100 meters walk, a safe path for children. Stayed Sep 16, 2023The property is exactly as described and the view is amazing. It is less than 300m from a boulangerie and tabac for fetching your morning pastries and paper on foot. The beds were very comfortable and there was a washer and dryer for our use. The kitchen was well stocked, there was a microwave, coffee machine and freezer in addition to all the usual amenities. Would happily book again.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023... with a great view of the harbour, the offshore islands and the beautiful garden of Anne and Francois. The house is modern, bright, nicely laid out, tastefully furnished and absolutely clean. Nothing is missing in the kitchen to cook even more elaborate meals. The hosts are friendly, helpful and obliging. It was a wonderful stay.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Anne and François were excellent hosts. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and the property exceeded our expectations . Our children enjoyed playing in the yard every day and jumping in the waves at the beautiful beach that was just a 5 min drive down the road. We also enjoyed spending time on the deck with views of the water every day. We would happily stay again!

Stayed Dec 9, 2019Our winter escape to Argenton has exceeded our expectations by far. The house had everything we wished for, the location right on the water couldn't be better. We enjoyed our many walks along the coast and reading books by the fire. Anne and François are the best hosts we ever came across. They were extremely thoughtful and generous. They turned what would have been a very nice holiday into a brilliant one! We can recommend this place without any hesitation.

Stayed Jul 20, 2019We spend a wonderful week in Argenton. Anne and Francois gave us a very warm welcome. They were very helpful and we were grateful for all the good tipps. The house is perfect and we felt very much at home. We also had the opportunity to use the kayaks and had a lot of fun. The beaches are great and the small town is very pleasant and friendly. We would love to come again, it was one of the nicest places we have been. Thank you so much for your hospitality, the lovely tarte and the cider as well as the goods in the fridge. Stayed Jun 29, 2019We expected a lot and it was more than we thought it will gone be. Accommodating host, superb modern house facing a small port and amazing sunsets. Nature at her best, very nice food, trails to walk, beaches and lighthouses to visit and welcoming people. It was a great vacation and we will definitely try to get back in the future.
