The House at Canyon Creek is a fifth generation log cabin in the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains four miles east of Ten Sleep in Ten Sleep Canyon. We are on the way to Yellowstone National Park and you can enjoy hiking, swimming, and fly fishing (catch and release) in Canyon Creek which runs through the property. Stayed Jun 12, 2026This is our second stay of what will hopefully be an annual family trip. The house and the setting are perfect for just relaxing, playing games, etc. We always come back rejuvenated. And, this year we were treated to a sandhill crane pair that serenaded us each morning and evening. About the only downside is there are mosquitos - we may try later in the summer next time to see if the bugs are less.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Can’t say enough positive about this property. The check-in process was super easy and the property was exactly as promised. If you want to relax, this is the place to stay. We enjoyed just hanging out so much that we skipped some of the other activities we had planned. Lots of reading and just relaxing. The cabana by the creek is awesome and the huge porch is perfect for eating outside, playing cards, etc. if you have a hankering for “civilization” Ten Sleep is just a few minutes down the road.

Stayed Dec 9, 2023Secluded home with a spectacular view. Hanging outside and listening to the creek is so relaxing. The house is well kept with all of the amenities to make you feel at home. Contact with the owner was easy when needed. P.S. don’t leave without climbing the white rock cliff!!
