Things were clean and very welcoming. Decorations added a detail that was very home like. The outside could use a cleaning on the patio but we might have been the first seasonal rental. Overall, a beautiful home and we would rent here again!

Will never rent from them again. The townhome was not as clean as expected. The kitchen appliances were not wiped down, the utensils still had food residue on them. Lights didn’t work. I don’t know if anyone even vacuumed, we found clumps of hair on the floors. Just gross. Toilet was leaking up stairs upon our arrival too. We get a notice the day of check-in that the WiFi is out so no internet, no TV, cannot stream anything. There is horrible cellular signal in that location, so that made it even harder. They couldn’t get it ‘fixed’ until the day we were leaving. The BEACH PASS for the Beach Club did NOT work. This was advertised as having a beach pass - we rented it due to the beach pass. They did NOT resolve this issue. I made them aware of it FRIDAY during business hours, and they quickly responded saying “it’s all fine, it’s all there”…but it wasn’t! The bathhouses pass missing. The parking pass expired. Couldn’t provide any reasonable update, owner couldn’t either. They just kept passing the blame or excuse the entire time. They wanted us to buy a pass and then reimburse us - that’s a hard no. Still waiting on that phone call from the manager of the rental company - it’s been 2 days. I went in person and they refused to speak to me then.We rent here every year and we are beyond disappointed. A vacation is supposed to be relaxing, this was any thing but that.

Home had not recently been cleaned. We assumed that we were the first ones to stay this season and property had likely been cleaned at summer’s end but not since. We arrived and had no water and no WiFi. We were able to turn on the water ourselves but did not get WiFi until the third day of our stay. The WiFi had been disconnected. We did not have access to host but rather a rental agency, Seaside Vacation rentals. While they responded to our ongoing issues they were not able to get us connected until the third day of our stay. They offered excuses as to why home was dirty and why WiFi was not working. They did provide a hot spot on the second day. But overall we were disappointed with their response to our needs. We will not likely book with them again.

The home was able to accomodate all 12 of us just fine.

Such a lovely home, its a shame that so many things have been neglected.Toilet in half bath runsAlmost every door squeaks, needing lubricatedFan in master bath toilet noisy, needs replaced. Same door only part way opens as it is improperly installed and drags floorGiven only entry code to garage - and it did not open. (Door from garage to house was locked anyway, would not have given access to house.) Contacted phone # and told them 2xs that we couldn't open from outside. I did recieve the code for front door only by calling themPics of house showed 2 different livingroom couches, one of them was stacked on the left side of the 2 car garage, effectively making the garage 1 car only, requiring one of our party to park partway in street.Doorstop for master bedroom not attached.Battery operated vacuum not charged,; no instructions.Electric vacuum barely sucks up ANYTHING! Needs replaced. Carpets were filthy.Instructions about the condition the premises should be left in are in 3 different places: Welcome book; refrigerator; and internet site. None are complete, each contain some things not mentioned in the others.No hand soap or toliet paper in 4 bathrooms.They supplied 2 rolls for 4 bathrooms.Lights in garage DO NOT WORK!Downstairs pull-out mattress worn out, has springs with no padding on top.Main floor couch cushions uncomfortable, as if filled with sand.Being required to clean/vacuum floors before vacating was never mentioned in instructions prior to arrival.

The house was perfect for my family..the neighbors were very nice..my only issue was we didn't get to the pool

We absolutely loved the house, everything was so clean! Also a great distance to the beach!

Our group of 6 adults and 6 children had a terrific stay at the Hingham House. Proximity to Ocean City was excellent - 20 minute drive. The three levels allowed each of our three small groups to have our own space. Kitchen was well stocked - it had everything we needed. The Ocean Pines neighborhood is calm, quiet and peaceful which suited us well. Supermarket and a few restaurants were 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

The house we stayed in was absolutely wonderful and fit everyone nicely. The children were very comfortable with all the space. The adults were comfortable knows the children were close but everyone had more than enough space. Our only complaint was that it was so far from the beach. Other than that it was a great first experience for a family of 12 vacation.
