Nice, clean place with beautiful view. Stairs were difficult for the 3 year old.And wish it had aome window treatments for night.Great location!

For &1000 for 2 nights you would expect the patio chairs to be wiped down so you don’t get pollen and dust all over your clothes, the hot tub had dirt and sand on the bottom with no information on cleaning or how often the water is changed. The shower functions and controls do not work and the coffee creamer provided was stale and old. Bring your own. The outside of the house needs a serious power washing, the property overall needs a lot of work. Overall the description in the advertisement of the property is pretty much what it says it is. We enjoyed our stay, peaceful, nice scenery, quiet.

The house was perfect for our short getaway! Very private, plenty of views, nice accommodations. The hot tub was perfect size for 2 people. The drive to and from Hot Springs was quick and easy! This unique property with the spiral staircase and hot tub was just what we needed!

Terrible property upkeep. If your over a certain age and have a small pet, it is treacherous! The leaves were so deep in an area where we COULD walk a little our small dog could not go there because leaves were up to her belly. We had to walk up a 40 degree hill to a unlit area to walk the dog. NO LIGHTING and one little flashlight was dimmer than my phone. The inside was minimum at best. If your over a certain age this is not fore you! They say fully stocked kitchen. With what might I ask? very very little. TV is old and will not mirror your phone. Very limited as to what you can watch. So we watched our ipads. Was a very unwelcoming property. Never been so glad to get out of a place before. We were gone by 8 am. Please ask all the questions before you go. A few utensils a few pans a little foil, salt and pepper. The grill was discus ting. Wanted to grill but it was so nasty and we were NOT going to clean it. I would not even rate it 1 star if I had a choice. Don't waste your money unless they make big improvements. Check and triple check before you rent. If you are over 50 don't even consider it!!

We loved the property! Great location and great hosts. The property was exactly what my family wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and had regular visits from the deers. We didn’t use the golf course but we did go to the pool and loved it. The hosts thought of everything we would need. Enjoyed every night playing card and dice games. 100% would recommend! Oh and the view was AMAZING!
