The house could use a bit of maintenance but we were there for long time coming family reunion and it worked great. Plenty of room for all of us and being on the beach and having a pool was great.

The property is a great place for large family gatherings - 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. However, there were some problems. Positives: It’s a huge house that is great for family reunions. After entering the house, one member of our party remembered that they had been in the house for a wedding party. The bride’s attendants stayed on one side of the house and the groom’s attendants stayed on the other side of the house. There is a bathroom for every bedroom. Although the house is separated into A and B sides, there is a large adjoining door that connects the two living areas. The layout is great. Six bedrooms are on the third floor (nice for those who like to sleep late), two bedrooms on the second floor where the kitchens and living areas are (great for early risers), and two bedrooms on the first floor (convenient for those with dogs). There are two elevators which were very beneficial for hauling luggage, unloading groceries, and assisting the older folks. Negatives: On the day of check in, we discovered hair in several beds. We reported it that same day. The next day, the realtor did offer to bring over clean sheets, but by that time, we had already washed all the sheets. The house comes with two outdoor grills, but neither one worked. The realtor did bring over one replacement grill. The microwave oven in one kitchen stopped working on the 3rd day of our week reservation. We reported it but received no response. On the 4th day of our week reservation, we realized that the thermostat on the 3rd floor of one side of the house was not working. We reported it but received no response. We understood that each bathroom would have one starter roil of toilet paper. Several bathrooms had no toilet paper. In the first-floor bedroom on the B side, several slats of the vertical blinds were missing and several others were bent. So, in order to have privacy, we had to drape a sheet over the sliding glass door. Overall, we were very pleased with the house. Hopefully, the problems that we encountered will be corrected and avoided for future renters.

I rented this house for friends and family. It was fantastic. The earlier reviews said the kitchens were lacking but they had everything we needed and more! It was a perfect beach week. I would definitely rent this house again. Each room has a bathroom, which couldn’t have been more perfect. High praise for this beautiful house right on the ocean. The pool was fantastic as well.

This property needs upgrading and a deep clean. The kitchen was not up to par. The drawers needed cleaning and new pots and pans. We had to purchase wine glasses and left them for the next guests. My particular bathroom needed a good cleaning with Clorox. My closet was full of junk and I could not even put my shoes in it. Most of the pool chairs were cracked .

The house was very comfortable and attractive. The pool and beach were excellent! The house could use a little maintenance, but everything worked. The double doors between the 2 sides of the duplex opened up and made a fantastic great room for socializing. We had a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish the kitchens were better stocked. Almost no wineglasses, lots of mismatched plates & cutlery. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Loved the view from the decks.
