* Pool & Hot Tub: Please shower before use. No glassware is allowed in or around the pool area. Pool hours are 8 AM – 10 PM.

* Safety: No running, diving, or horseplay in the pool. Swim at your own risk.

* Propane Grill: Propane is not provided, but if the tank is empty, we will cover the cost of a refill.

* Linens & Supplies: Extra supplies may be found under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Pool towels are provided near the sliding glass door.

* Parking: Please park in the driveway or on the side of the house. Do not park in front of neighboring homes.

* Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed overnight. A $100 fee per unregistered guest per night applies.
