The Hangar at On The Rocks Container Scenic Lookout Mountain

We enjoyed this little home for the night! It was charming and perfect for just the two of us. The views are wonderful and the quietness unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away!

Great home and location.

Great location and perfect for our annual sisters trip to the mountains! The views were incredible and the location was close to a lot of activities. Just a short drive to Trenton or Chattanooga for some great places to eat as well. The trek up and down the steps and the sometimes scary exit from the parking area were well worth it! I hope we can return someday.

I had a lovely stay at Hangar on the Rocks. The view is fabulous and the inside was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I enjoyed listening to records and relaxing up on the mountain. Would stay again if in the area!

What an exceptional place! This was the perfect tiny house for my husband and I to get away and celebrate our anniversary. The host was fantastic, the house was stylish and clean and the views were spectacular. We're dreaming about when we can come back again.

What an amazing place to stay! Unparalleled above-the-clouds view from Lookout Mountain (do not miss watching the sunset from the loft, absolutely magnificent), plenty of room to stretch out despite being a tiny home, easy to get to and close to lots of things in the Lookout Mountain area, numerous unexpected surprises (our favorites were the Victrola record player and several great classic albums to enjoy, and the breakfast treats), and just the overall look and character and feel of the place was welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We were amazed by the Mountain Views! Decor and layout were perfect for an overnight getaway. Owners seem to have thought of everything, including coffee beans, oatmeal and grits! We really enjoyed the expansive sunset and nature sounds at all times of day. This is a perfect place to retreat, rest and reflect! Highly recommend!

Found this amazing place on a whim. Needed a place close to our other VRBO with family. This was absolutely perfect. All the comforts of home in this adorable place. The views were amazing. Would love to visit again!

Spectacular place to stay. The layout of the home was perfect for two. All the amenities one would want. And then there was the view! Outstanding. Looking down into the valley below was magical. The sunsets can’t be beat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
