The Golden Palms at St. Augustine Beach

Property was goreous and located in a convenient location. Easy access to the beach, and plenty restaurants in the area. The hosts pay great attention to detail. It almost seemed like they knew everything that I needed, some somethings that I didn't know I was going to use till I saw them (e.g. beach chairs). Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, confortable, and convenient place to stay in St.Augustine Beach.

This is a fantastic home. It was beautifully decorated. Even better, the amenities were well thought out. The kitchen had everything you needed. There are two dishwashers to accommodate a large group, a separate ice maker, small food processor, and more. They provide beach chairs and a wagon for the beach. And much more

Golden Palms is one of the nicest places we've stayed in over the years and with 4 very comfortable king size beds (plus more!), 6 beautiful (and very clean) bathrooms, a large but cozy living area and an elevator, I hope we can get our family together again very soon for another visit. It was also great that they had a heated pool since the weather was a bit windy and cool at the beach (with some rough waves) while we were there. Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table and just hanging out at the house. But it was also very convenient to the sights in St. Augustine we wanted to visit and restaurants, etc. Steven and Kristyn answered all our questions quickly and I can't think of anything to complain about except maybe the weather and the government shutdown of the National Parks while we were there. I don't suppose Steven and Kristyn have any control over either of those though, so we'll just plan to come back to Golden Palms/St. Augustine again soon and enjoy the house, if not the weather! Oh, and if you get a chance, don't miss the dolphin encounter at Marineland. It's well worth the price to see the smiles on your children's (or grandchildren's) faces when they are in the water with the dolphins!Thanks for letting us enjoy this amazing home.

This house was very nice! All my friends were raving about what a great house it was. The host Steven was super responsive, helpful & accommodating.

We had an amazing time celebrating a family birthday at the Golden Palms home. The pictures of the property do not do it justice, as it was immaculate inside. We loved the interior design and even inquired on who decorated the property, as we were so impressed of how everything tied together. It was the perfect home for our three generations of family. The pool area had plenty of seating, rooms inside were spacious, and the kids loved the ping pong table (and the adults enjoyed the shuffle board table). The walk to the beach was easy, even with Labor Day traffic. Great location to walk to restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. The owners were very responsive and we had no issues at all. Cannot recommend this property enough! Do yourself a favor and book this perfect vacation home!

The house is not only gorgeous, the owners have thought of everything! In the garage we found a wagon to take to the beach with everything we needed. We had more than enough beach/pool towels, plus two sets of extra large capacity washers and dryers. The kitchen was completely equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were grateful for the elevator as one of our party used a walker and couldn't take the stairs. It was a short walk to the beach, and to a couple of great restaurants. Loved that we could make a pot of coffee, or use the Keurig. Wonderfully comfortable beds. The owners couldn't have been nicer.

This home is beautiful and very well maintained. It's spotless and contains all of the amenities you would need. It's so nice we almost didn't want to leave to go to the beach. Five stars!
