The Gathering Place is such a warm and inviting place to stay. It is perfect for catching up with family. We stayed here when my mom was turning 80 and it was the perfect place to host a small gathering to celebrate her. Thank you!!

While unassuming from the outside, the interior of the home was immaculate. There were ample living areas, a full kitchen, an plenty of sleeping options.

The check-in process was a no brainer. The host sent me the code three day priors to arrival. The kitchen was perfect. They provide everything you need. We were able to easily make this our home for three days.

We were very impressed with the home. We were traveling from California with 2 dogs and this was great for all dog's had room to run we slept great it was a shame we had too leave after 1 night this was our 3rd and last stop before san antonio

This home was amazing in all aspects! Extremely clean, great location, relaxing atmosphere, and cozy feel! The hosts were easily accessible at all times! This was a Home away from Home - we will stay here every time we come to Lubbock! If you are coming to Lubbock, book this home! You won't regret it at all! Mattresses were super comfortable with super soft sheets and duvets, beautiful lighting throughout the home, great family/living room which opened to the dining room and kitchen .... great for families! Nice cozy swing on the back porch! Private yard and great area for your small dog! All linens were soft and clean ...... hosts provided detergent, iron, extra blankets, etc! 5 STAR RATING!

The property was excellent for us. We are all over 65. The house was nicely furnished to include comfortable beds. We were happy to see patio furniture. We sat outside most of time. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We did not cook, but the kitchen looked like it had everything for those who like to do their own cooking. This property will be our go to when we return to Lubbock.

We were visiting Lubbock for our granddaughter to tour Texas Tech. The house served this purpose very well. It is close to the University and airport. It was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed watching the NCAA tournament together in the roomy gathering room. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We were amazed when we walked in to see such a beautiful home. Furnished and finished very well. Two gathering areas. Useful kitchen. Nice bedrooms. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed here for a (partly) local birthday getaway for my mom. The area was great and house was so cozy! We enjoyed a family game night as well with the stocked up board games. Plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

This house was perfect in every way! It was super clean, had everything we needed, close to everything and was beautifully decorated! It was very dog friendly including towels for dog feet by the back door. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!
