Adorable place to stay!

We recently stayed at the Faust House at the Guadalupe for our son’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice. Having never visited the area before, we were thrilled to find a property so conveniently located—close to downtown New Braunfels for the rehearsal dinner and just minutes from Sophie’s House, where the wedding was held.The house has been beautifully remodeled and easily accommodated our large family, with plenty of space in both the main house and the fantastic back game room/bunkhouse. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.Communication with the owner was excellent—clear, prompt, and thorough instructions for check-in and check-out made everything seamless. It truly was the ideal home base for a very special weekend.To top it off, I accidentally left my hair tools in the master bathroom cabinet. The owner quickly found them and mailed them back to me at no charge. That kind of honesty and kindness means the world these days and speaks volumes about the character of the host.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend the Faust House at the Guadalupe!

The Faust House was just what we needed this trip.The Primary Bathroom is enviable, and all the rooms were spacious. The soap and shampoo provided were next level. The backyard was totally fenced and huge with a bonus hot tub!Check in was a breeze. It is so nice to find pet friendly options like this. The host even left dog treats as well as people snacks for us!

The property was very clean and neat. It had everything we needed! The sheets were shading! We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The grandchildren wished we could stay longer. New Braunfels and Gruene are so much fun.

Loved it!! Great location. House was spacious. Loved that our teenager and young adults could stay in garage apartment. Bed and sheets were so comfy. Hot tub was great for evening relaxation.

Great location to go do anything! We will definitely book this house again if able. It was perfect & our kids really enjoyed it! Host was exceptional in communication & helping with things for the house & best places to use for river floats!

What a wonderful place to stay. House was inviting and beautifully decorated and we had our family there for my daughter's wedding. We felt so at home and please try this house out. I can't say enough good things about this place - just lovely and the host was phenomenal. If I could out 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough. Thank you again!!!

Great place to stay with easy access to downtown New Bransfuels!

We attended a family wedding and extended our stay for our family vacation. The Faust Haus was absolutely perfect and so charming! The house was very spacious and extremely clean. It was is a very quiet neighborhood and within minutes of so many amazing locations! We loved this house and location so much and I truly didn’t want to leave. (And the massive mirror was a hit with our granddaughters too! )

Everything was as advertised. Close to all activities we were doing! Great place to stay!

First time staying in new Braunfels. Place was very clean and roomy. Not a far drive from anything. Will definitely be staying there again next trip that way

We had a family birthday party and stayed here with family coming from various parts of Texas. The house was clean and very accommodating. The girls loved the huge mirror in the hallway to get ready. The guys enjoyed the mancave garage conversion in the back. We were in town a lot and did not have time to use the fire pit or the hot tub. But, both were prepped and ready to go. It's a cool spot to rest between Gruene, shopping, New Braunsfels, etc. We'd definitely consider this property in the warmer months as well as we like to float the river. We also took some cool family pics on the bridge a few blocks down. If you are on the fence, this is a safe bet that can easily handle 10-12 people. If you do have an issue, the property owner and manager are very responsive. We'll be back.

The property was perfect and suited all our needs. It was so clean. The pictures were on point. The space was perfect for our group! We loved the extra room in the back. The decor was so nice. The large back yard and seating area was great! We will definitely stay there agian.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family weekend including five adult kids, plus one spouse and 3 little grandkids and a dog! The hot tub, fire pit, and huge enclosed back yard were exactly what we needed. It was steps to the Faust Bridge with a footpath to river access that was a fun place to float and fish etc. We would all love to return!

This was a great place to stay. It worked great with all ages. We had one very minor problem and the owner himself came to fix it within minutes. We will definitely book this place again.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. Traveling with 8 teenage boys this home was perfect, it offers a garage apartment style room and large backyard! The river was close. The only thing missing at this home when we went was selection of pots and pans, but that can be easily fixed. Loved it!!

Beautifully layed out and very welcoming. Took family and dogs for a week on the river, this house was everything that was promised. Property manager was polite and always avaliable for questions. Will be coming again
