The Farmhouse in Tech Terrace has the location and farmhouse charm you are looking for when coming to Lubbock for a game, or to enjoy visiting your student. Less than a mile from Texas Tech, and close to restaurants, the Medical District, and shopping. Easy access to Marsha Sharp, and I27, and only 10 minutes to the airport. The Farmhouse is an updated 1947 cottage that is in a great neighborhood with two parks and within easy walking distance to J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and grocery. r>
The Farmhouse in Tech Terrace is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq ft home less than a mile from TTU. The main bathroom was updated in January of 2021. It is fully furnished and has orignal hardwood flooring in the living and bedroom areas. Sleep well on memory foam mattresses, and enjoy Direct TV's Entertainment package and 300 Mbps WiFi.
