The Family house, Lancelin (BEST location, close to beach & shops!)

We feel like we are servant not a guest with the things we have to do before check out, we understand the dishes, rubbish and vacumming but about linen COME ON !!! We did it anyway. Don't worry about bbq no one will use it with the condition it's in. Over all we like the location and house appliances that you provided and my kid had a great time.

Excellent property but only one problem. Shower over the bath which made it impossible to shower older visitors. Just need to make that clear when booking.

The house is spacious and got everything we need. Cooktop needs fixed as it is hard to light the stove. Great location ,near to the beach, restaurant and sand dunes.

I didn’t get to stay. No keys available due to some mis communication between host and stayz. Not my problem. I was forced to find alternative accommodation with approx 2 hours notice. Very stressful for me.

Property was in a great location. Was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay while working away

There's no beating the location, situated metres from both the beach and the bakery, a short walk to both pubs and the cafes. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a longer stay. We've been staying here for like 15 years, and keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Great house in great location, hosts are excellent

Our family loved it here. It was a nice and quiet area, and super close to the beach. The house had everything we needed, and was advertised accurately. Enough space for everyone to relax and have their own space too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Great location and facilities

Location is great - beach, park/playground and shops super close. Outdoor space is great for kicking a ball around and outdoor dining area with bbq nice to enjoy a meal. Beds were good and our room had good blinds which made it dark for our toddler but the other rooms looked bright in the morning. Living space was spacious and tv huge (with access to Netflix etc). Shower was nice but is a big step to get in (combined shower bath).Dishwasher wasn’t working properly, dishes came out with some bits stuck and some dishes in the cupboards were like that too. Kitchen tap was loose, kitchen filter tap wasn’t working. There were only 4 teabags provided but the tea was funny and kind congealed in the cup so we ended up drinking bottled water. I asked for the check in details a couple hours beforehand as I expected them that morning (they were probably coming at check in time but I was worried we would travel but not be able to get in).You do have to do a bit of cleaning before leaving (strip beds, vacuum etc) but that was fine.

Have stayed before and will stay again, perfectly located and a perfect house!

This property is absolutely beautiful, fantastic. Location and a brilliant place to take your fur babies. Dealing with the owners was such a pleasant experience, friendly and happy to accommodate where possible . Will definitely be going back there

Lovely holiday unit, walking distance from just about everything. Bedrooms and bathroom are not overly big but the large open plan living area and patio make up for that. BBQ needs some TLC. Nice detailed instructions ahead of arrival.

Practicle layout holiday home, dog friendly fencing, great under covered outdoor area & plenty of grass for the kids & dogs to play.

Nice location. Spacious rooms. Good outside rear veranda Good front lawn space for games Oven works but oven fan needs replacement - fan forced option is unusable. BBQ could be replaced.

Very nice stay at this house, had everything we needed, plenty of room for 8 adults. Very close to the beach/shops. Beds were comfortable, house was clean when we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.
