Stayed Feb 3, 2025Whilst the property was clean and tidy it was very out dated and expensive for what it was. The Sands Hotel was much cheaper and included breakfast and balcony queen room.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024My husband and I and our little dog had two nights in the studio and had a lovely stay. It is walking distance to most things in Lancelin and the beach. The studio is comfortable, lovely big king bed and lounge area. Good sized bathroom and comfy lounger out in the garden. Will stay again.

Stayed May 31, 2024Have stayed at Studio 7 before and always look forward to coming back. Plenty of space, a king bed, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. Great location in easy walking distance of beach, cafe and bakery/park.
