The Falls Montville Manor House - 6 Bedrooms 6 bathrooms Breakfasts included

This house was magnificent. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast supplies were fresh and beautifully presented. My family were all able to be together and enjoy each other's company yet have the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom.

Such a beautiful house filled with so much history, Allan and his wife were amazing hosts, even supplying us with a speaker to play our music, Local produce were supplied for our breakfast just superb. Great location with shopping and walks close by, I will definitely be recommending it.

This was a perfect place for our birthday celebration weekend away with family. Alan was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. And in such a beautiful spot as well!

We had an amazing stay with a group of 10 friends. The place was spacious, very clean, and a perfect set up for a large group. The included breakfast was great bonus and made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Communication with Alan was smooth and easy.Would definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway.

We all (age range 10-75) loved the property and each person felt it was one of the best places they had ever stayed. The hosts were wonderful - always there is we needed anything. Thank you for enabling a great experience for us all.

Stayed with 5 friends for a weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of room with two kitchens and 2 lounge areas. Comfortable beds. Property as listed. Good value. Convenient location. Would stay there again.

The beautiful house was set amongst the trees with immaculate gardens. We were a large family and the house accommodated us all with each having our own space as well as the opportunity to come together in very large kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The house was perfect for some lovely family photos. With the hosts living downstairs, we felt like we were being well looked after. It was a busy weekend, but the location and the accommodation created a peaceful and calm environment to enjoy a beautiful wedding.

We are a group of 6 friends who meet up once a year for a weekend away. This has been our best stay so far. The beautiful old house is impeccably furnished, immaculately clean, close to Montville, the Kondilla Falls and surrounding areas. We ate out at 2 fabulous restaurants close by and the fridge and pantry were stocked with delicous local produce for our breakfasts. The owners even dropped off warm pastries in the morning. We highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

The Manor house was just spectacular. A great location of our daughters wedding at Flaxton Gardens. The house is well looked after and the grounds were beautiful.

We were welcomed on arrival, by our host, Alan and shown around our accommodation. We had a fridge filled with wonderful fresh fruits, locally sourced yoghurts and dairy products. Delicious museli in the pantry, bacon and eggs, bread, and my favorite, a coffee pod machine and selection of teas to chose from. Spoilt!! The bedrooms were lovely, individual and very comfortable. Alan and Anya had the accommodation beautifully decorated and Alan was good enough to explain and answer questions about the antiques and artworks. Each morning Alan would bring fresh warm croissants and patisseries for us to enjoy, home made angel biscuits, and he checked with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a BBQ one night, and enjoyed the sunset on the deck another. Could not recommend this beautiful home and perfect hosts highly enough. 5 stars are an understatement!!!
