Embrace the beauty of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland from the Queenslander-style verandah, where breathtaking views of rolling hills await. BARN ROOM (Master Bedroom): This charming master suite with stunning country views is complete with a king-sized bed, ducted air-conditioning, wardrobe and ensuite.

Master Ensuite: Features a shower, double vanity, toilet and a delightful bathtub with an outlook of the rolling hills.



COW ROOM (Bedroom 2): This bedroom features a king-sized bed, ducted air-conditioning and wardrobe.



HORSE ROOM (Bedroom 3): This eclectic bedroom has a queen bed, ducted air-conditioning and wardrobe.



BEAR ROOM (Bedroom 4): This cosy bedroom features a single bed, ducted air-conditioning and a desk and chair, perfect for those who need to catch up on work/study.



Bathroom 2/Laundry: The second bathroom features a shower, vanity, separate toilet and a combined front loader combination washing machine/dryer.



There is also a boxing bag and an exercise bike for guest use.

You will have access to the entire home with a double carport, there is room on the driveway for an additional 2 vehicles. Please make yourself at home! There is also a boxing bag and an exercise bike for guest use.

There is so much to see and do in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, you can explore charming art galleries, wineries, boutique shops, and cosy cafes. This area is known for its scenic drives, hikes, stunning lookouts, waterfalls and delicious local produce. The home is only a 10 minute walk to the Kondalilla National Park where you will find picturesque hiking trails, lush rainforests and a swimming hole with a waterfall to cool off in the warmer months. If you’re keen to explore the coastal parts of the Sunshine Coast, see the below approximate driving distances.

- Mooloolaba Beach is a 40 minute drive

- Noosa Heads is a 50 minute drive

- Australia Zoo is a 30 minute drive

- Maroochydore airport is a 35 minute drive

Getting Around:

Nestled in the rural town of Montville, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and coastal areas at your own pace. There is a local bus that services this area infrequently should you need it, the home is around a 6 minute walk to the Flaxton Drive bus stop.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*Micro-weddings, elopements, and commercial photography require prior approval and additional fees. All event enquiries are managed by our designated wedding planner.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*Access to Beam Creek is via a gravel road. Please keep this in mind if you have a low-clearance vehicle.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.

    Charming cottage surrounded by nature with views of lush rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Very comfy beds, and each bedroom has a different theme which flows together throughout the character of the cottage. We were sad to have to leave! Highly recommend this place.
