This was a perfect house for my family and I to stay at. We loved the screened in porch and sitting by the water. I’ve never been in a hammock before- so relaxing! We had an issue with the fridge but the owner was very responsive and sent out a technician right away. It’s close to the national parks and in a peaceful neighborhood. We stopped at Reimer's for ice cream and the Mexican restaurant for dinner which was delicious- their homemade guacamole is a must! Saw a deer in the backyard one night. We would definitely stay here again!

River was flowing while we were there and was pretty. We were able to set up a hammock right by steam which was relaxing. Know there is no cell coverage and internet only worked for a few minutes here or there so impossible to stream or get work done or even make calls. Nice location and pretty steam. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was nice, spacious and we really enjoyed the stream out back. AC worked well and each room had a ceiling fan. However, we had terrible luck with the internet service and though followed directions the service was very poor and disconnected frequently leaving us literally unable to access television or streaming services. The faucet in the kitchen was loose. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and the ice cube trays appeared unclean and had a white film all over them. There were chipped dishes in the cabinet and several of the utensils and cookware did not look clean. The bathrooms did not have air vents and there was black mold along the ceiling in the main bath. I would not stay here again.

Great location for visiting Sequoia National Park! The house is comfortable, the backyard is beautiful, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Unfortunately the wifi was constantly on and off which meant no TV and spotty phone service. The DVD player wouldnt work either. We brought books and activities so we didn't mind being unplugged too much.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Fairy Stream House. The AC worked great on the warm afternoons. We visited Sequoia National Park early Saturday morning and enjoyed the trails. It was about an hour drive. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunset in the sun room. The view from the kitchen & dining rooms was spectacular. We enjoyed some of the games in the living room in the evening. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Internet did cut out at times. Gnats were everywhere in the evening as explained by the host. Hopefully we can stay longer next time. Highly recommended this rental property.

Bummer our Sequoia day was a winter storm, but the house have a cozy living room for movies and popcorn and we were able to buy a boxed cake mix and make the most of it. My bigger kids loved the room so far away from us, haha and the enclosed patio was devine. I'd come back when we try to see Sequoia again, just for the patio and stream access

Very comfortable and well-stocked home. We hit a heat wave, so we’re grateful for the excellent AC. Minh was very responsive. Mouse trap caught two little field mice in the dining room during our stay. Enjoyed proximity to Sequoias and Kings Canyon.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at the Fairy Stream's House. It was close to Sequoia/King's Canyon and provided us with everything we needed to have a safe and quiet place to return after long days exploring. The backyard was relaxing for sitting and reading and our daughter enjoyed a night sleeping in the hammock in the screened-in porch. Thanks for the nice stay!

Charming house and property. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and the yard, deck, porch and stream create an enjoyable outdoor experience. Very near Sequoia National Park and about 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Great location near the south entry to Sequoia National Park. The river was fairly full, great to listen to, but not overbearing. Some of the mattresses could be updated based on companion feedback. You must take your shoes off. No private bathrooms and a tad bit on the small side. It was nice that we did not have to pull bedding used, etc. Which made it feel like a vacation not a chore.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for 4 days as we visited Sequoia and Kings canyon National parks. There is a beautiful river running right behind the home. The house is very clean and well kept and feels like a wonderful home to live in. The area was nice and easy to get to the parks. The owner was very nice and communicated with us answering all our needs. We will be back for sure. Troy and Alisha Johnson

We visited this sweet quite home with the family. We had a great time. It was welcoming after a long drive back from Sequoia National Park. The place was clean, yet had a strong smell of cleaning agents. Take note of you

Lovely stay, beautiful setting, and a polite, communicative owner. This listing was definitely as advertised, which may not sound like high praise, but it is intended as such. In this era of online listings, it's increasingly hard to feel confident you'll get what you see. But in this case, we felt like the property might even have undersold itself slightly. The pictures don't really do it justice. The reality of staying in Three Rivers is that it's a bit of a haul into the most famous areas of Sequoia National Park (the park entrance itself isn't far, but then you have to drive a good distance in to the most famous groves), but that's not specific to this property. And with this home, we felt the property itself was really deeply peaceful and connected to nature. The kids had as much fun around the house as they did in the park, and we loved Sequoia. The kitchen and bathrooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but both are clearly kept up thoughtfully and with pride, and that is extremely important. This is not some vacation rental being cashed in on by a big company, but a home truly being cared for. It was even festively decorated for the holidays. Highly recommend.
