Stayed Aug 2, 2025Great location. Clean. Well equipped. Pool was great. Sound transmission from upstairs to downstairs was not good - I think part of our family upstairs was also inconsiderate. Upstairs oven needs attention- possibly an element needs replacing.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Very nice property. Great to have a pool. Comfy bed and nice towels. All items needed for the beach are available. Lots of towels and wash and dryer. Lots of restaurants in the area. It's very nice.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025This house was very clean and well stocked. The open living areas are great for spending time and watching movies. The pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our time there. It’s a short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. We love the Fernandina Beach area and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024This house was amazing. It is a split rental with a downstairs separate from the upstairs, but we were one big family and occupied both spaces. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick. The beach access is five houses down. We took the chairs that are available at the house to the beach. Both units have their own washer and dryer and full kitchen. We’re looking to stay here again next year..

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Loved the house, great location, very spacious and clean. The manager was great she allowed us an early check in after being without power for a week in South Georgia. Would definitely stay again.
