SECOND STAY!!!!I was so happy to be able to come back to Nashville this summer for a second time and stay at Wendy’s home. It’s a perfect location to Uber into the city. It’s a happening neighborhood with its own restaurants also.I was impressed with how fully stocked the kitchen is, and once again, looking forward to the comfortable beds.

Wendy’s place is a gem, the decor is lovely. I would describe as a comfortable elegance. So much thought put into every detail. Love the high end beds and comforters, pillows etc. the quality of house and layout shines through. Wendy was outstanding on her response. The couple times I had questions she responded immediately. The location is great, quick uber ride to downtown. Hope to stay again

We travel to Nashville quite often and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The home is beautifully decorated, impressively clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. This home was in the perfect location for us. Close to everything you would want to see or do.The area is safe and quiet.Wendy is an incredible host. She is very attentive and extremely quick to respond to any questions you may have. I’m looking forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.A huge thank you to Wendy for making our stay perfect!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable and homey and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and a fun bar called Skinny Dennis only a couple blocks away. Our host was easy to communicate with and got back to me right away if I had questions. We used uber for transportation - it was easy to get around Nashville. We would stay again on our next visit to Nashville.

We had a great time in Nashville. Close to downtown, even with the traffic only takes 20 minutes. Unit is very clean, safe neighborthood parking was not an issue. Host was very helpful. Would use this unit again.

Everything was wonderful!! Wendy was very attentive & helpful. The house was very clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch & the couch. It was just what we needed for our trip to Nashville. I hope we can stay there again!!

Wendy’s place was amazing. It was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Perfect location for access to East Nash eateries, venues, and just a short drive to downtown. Uber rides to downtown were pretty cheap as well like 15 if I remember right. We don’t live by a railroad track, or in the city for that matter so for most people this probably wont be a thing, but the train runs pretty close to the property. That said I would absolutely book this place again and got used to the trains by the second day. A sound screen is thoughtfully provided for us light sleepers. So far it was one of our favorite vacation rentals over about 25-30 stays out of town. Top 5 for sure!

I’ve stayed in several places in different areas of Nashville, this place by far is my favorite. The home is beautiful, clean and centrally located, the host is great as well!

We feel it should be revealed in the description that there is a train going by within 50 yards of the back porch 4 to 6 times day and night. Could use more cooking pans,there is only 1 6-8 inch pan. The mattress in the front bedroom should be replaced it bows in the center..very bad. Parking was on an steep incline for people with walking difficulties would not be able to use this VRBO.Accurate description:updated ,clean,and quiet( except for the train)

This house was perfect for a girls getaway. It has been beautifully renovated, and everything is new and extremely clean. I stayed in the bedroom at the front of the home and it was wonderful to have my own bathroom and the beds were so comfortable!

What a great stay. The home had all the amenities that you need in your home away from home. Our host Wendy was available and checked in with us to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

Perfect location for us while visiting family. Close to all. Cozy home on a quiet street. King size bed was very comfortable and home had all we needed. I was concerned when booking to see that a train runs behind the house but was pleasantly surprised… it was NEVER a problem! Same with firehouse on corner. To top it off, the host Wendy was thoughtful and kind and a great communicator. Hope to book again!

We did not actually get to stay there when we booked because the ice storm hit in Nashville and there was no electricity. However, the communication with VRBO hostess was absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to book a stay there. She was so kind and helpful every step of the way and kept communicating so that we knew what was going on.

Check in was very easy, the house is very clean and the King sized bed is comfortable. What is not mentioned in the description is the very active train track literally just outside the small back yard. We had no idea what was happening when we heard the first train blow through in the middle of the night. Once we realized it was a train, it was no longer frightening, just annoying. There are several trains every night.

Over all it was ok, the bed in the master bed room squeak everytime you moved and that was very annoying and the parking……. You asked me not to park there for mail reasons which the mail lady actually walked to all the mail boxes but the neighbor (Patty) parked there all 3 nights and made it very difficult for my vehicle to fit in without blocking the next driveway.

Very cozy and relaxing home. Easy to get to the downtown area. Neighbors very nice and friendly. Host replied to our texts immediately. We will definitely go back to this property,

What an incredible experience we had at this East Nashville getaway. It is convenient to everything and a reasonable Uber ride cost to most places you would want to visit. Wendy has done an amazing job decorating this home. She should be an interior designer. The patio in the backyard is a great way to unwind with a glass of wine. I highly recommend it! It was my home away from home.

Great location to downtown! Perfect for our group of 4!

The house was super cute! Issues arose when we noticed how dirty things were inside the house. Hair in the shower, bacon grease pans in the oven, dirty towels in the bathroom, dust so thick on ceiling fans and vents that I had to wipe them before I could sleep, dust bunnies and nuts found under the bed, bottle of opened Jack Daniels left on the kitchen counter. Also, there is a train that comes by the house every hour, blowing its horns, all throughout the night.The owner was very easy to work with and refunded us. I hope she is able to find a better house manager to keep her property clean, it could be so cute!I didn't want to leave this review, but the people at VRBO told me that it is useful for other guests.

Beautiful home.

The property was beautifully and comfortably decorated inside and had all the amenities we needed. It was very conveniently located to freeway access and the downtown area. We found a few very good restaurants nearby as well. The property is located close to train tracks so very light sleepers may be awakened but there are fans and sound machines in the bedrooms for white noise. The host was very responsive to texts.

She reached out to us before our stay and offered any assistance and on the day of, she offered for us to come in a little early if we needed to. I didn't expect such a lovely, elegant stay... perfect for us! Real separate bedrooms, full kitchen, relaxing TV & sofa. We did a laundry & enjoyed the avante bath & gorgeous shower. Made the whole trip!

This was a very nice home! The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom set up was great as we went with another couple. About a 10 minute ride to Broadway. Uber was easy to get any time of day. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book here again.

The house was perfect for two couples. Close enough to downtown Nashville but far enough away that you could escape the hustle and bustle. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so you could have some privacy. Great restaurants not far from the house. All of us agreed we would not hesitate to stay there again.

This modern house was very comfy for two couples, and decorated beautifully. The property manager was very accommodating to all of our needs, and even gifted me a bottle of champagne for my birthday.
