The Dream House, Fabulous Gulf Front Pool Home with Spa, Dock & Beach

The Dream House was excellent! It was big enough for 7 of us. Plenty of beds, space, etc. The pool was amazing and the view even better! The property manager was very good too if there were questions/concerns. Just a FL note though…there is a lot of decaying seagrass this time of year and the smell was very strong when the wind blew. Not sure if it’s any better on the other side of the key. Also, the no see um bugs are no joke. Come prepared with bug spray and anti-itch cream!

Great property.

This was an amazing property. Words cannot express how gorgeous the views of the water were from the kitchen, the family room, the pool, and the living space below the house. The open floor plan was wonderful for our large family. In most homes, you may get a water view, but not with all of the activities and lounge space combined. They also had a pack n play and a high chair, which weren’t listed in the description. The kitchen was well appointed for our family of cooks. It had two blenders, a hand mixer, and lots of dinnerware. The only thing they didn’t have was a cocktail mixer, but with so many gadgets, we adapted. The neighborhood has a 3-mile loop that was great for our exercising adult children. Overall, if you’re looking for a restful vacation with a residential feel, look no more. This was awesome!

Great property for family to vacation. So much for you to do right at this house. I would definitely return!

We stayed at the Dream Home in Grassy Key and the property and home were outstanding. The home was beautiful and in great condition with all the amenities needed for a week stay for 12 people. The property had a beautiful sandy beach area with fire pit, lounge chairs and cast off area for kayaks. We were able to rent two boats and there was more than enough space to dock them on the pier. Great location and the property manager was fabulous and very responsive.

The property is very nice. Along with the new upgrades, there needs to be a few more...like deck and dock boards.also it would be nice if an outside party could clear all the sea weed that loaded up in the beach access in our week's time there.

Sadly we were greeted by a rat running around the lounge on arrival. We had 3 children under 4 and my husband was on chemotherapy so this was not a great start. The pool which we had paid to be heated before arriving due to the age of children and husband was not able to be heated due to a broken part This was coupled with flecks of paint floating in the water due to rising water levels which meant the pool water made contact with the painted surrounds. We were told the pool might be heated during our second week but this did not happen. Comms with our host were very poor. The ceiling fan in the babies room was broken on arrival and the light in the bunk bedded room flickered continuously so only a lamp could be used. The ceiling fan was mended after a few days. We asked the host to check the house before we arrived for a suitable pac and play (crib) and high chair/booster seat for eating. This had not happened and we were told there were no booster seats at the property. I hired one in advance locally to find on arrival at the property that there was one in the cupboard. We also paid extra luggage at the airport to bring a travel crib to discover a perfectly good one at the house. We chose this house with the pool so we could all relax as a family with the little ones and for my husband to have some rest and recuperation.

Beautiful sunsets, dolphin watching, manatees, fishing and swimming were the highlights of this property. Roomy, comfortable and amenities galore..kayaks were a big plus along with extra lot size for games. Our teens had a great time. So many things to keep them busy. We loved it!

I have stayed here a few times and it’s a beautiful home to enjoy the coast.
