Stayed Mar 3, 2023Awesome location. Easy minutes walk to downtown SLO. The house is darling, well stocked, beautifully decorated. Super clean and tons of parking in a private lot. Some miscommunication between Vrbo and Expedia about accesss but not the owners fault

Stayed Oct 13, 2025The house is adorable and is exactly as described. While it is on a busy street, the sound machines in the bedrooms blocked out any street noise for us. We really enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere downtown.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Great home in a great spot in SLO. We could walk to everything we wanted in downtown. Also very close to Edna Valley and beaches. Great communication from the hosts and lots of recommendations for the area. Some street noise from cars going by but that stopped around 10 pm. Other than that quiet and a great stay overall.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Always a magical place to stay when in SLO. Cozy and pristine. Walkable to everything downtown, including the boisterous Thursday night farmers market. Although it is literally downtown, it is amazingly quiet.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025This property fit our needs perfectly and is just a very short walk to downtown shops, mission and restaurants. We barely used our car when we were in town.It is also a short drive to Hearst Castle, Pismo Beach, etc and we were able tooptimize our time here.

Stayed Oct 22, 2024I always stay here when in SLO. Perfect location and pristine character home. I can walk to the heart of downtown in 5 minutes. It is just me but there is plenty of room for a family of 4. Although it is right in downtown, it is very quiet for me and I am very much a person who does not like noise!!

Stayed Aug 20, 2024If you like being downtown and having your own private parking area and being walkable to restaurants, parks, theater and the San Luis Mission, all in a 1920’s updated Craftsman bungalow, then you will love your visit! We had a delightful visit to SLO and staying in this comfortable, well appointed home, had a lot to do with that! We will definitely be returning.

Stayed Jul 19, 20245 star in every way but there is a bit of road noise given the location. Not bad and it does quiet down at night, but it is noticeable. Otherwise, a wonderful house and very comfortable and well appointed.
