The Doobler: Ocean Views, Near Beach and Golf

Place was good and location was great. I was very disappointmed in the off-hand dismissal from support when I reported a lack of garbage bags for the kitchen.If I'm responsible for garbage bags, stipulate that before I arrive. Since I'm responsible taking out all the garbage, kind of need them. If there aren't any, comp me 5 for the cost time.I'm the customer. Don't treat me like a slave, a nuisance or otherwise assume I will return. Because I might not if that happens again.

Love the house, easy access to the beach. Good view of the ocean, clean, had everything we needed for our stay, home has been well kept, beds were very comfortable,

We had an amazing stay! Yea the house is a little dated but who really cares! Cozy loved how close it was to the beach! Short walk over! We would definitely stay again!

This place is listed as a dreamy beach house with a great location. Upon arrival we came into a disgusting house and had to waste our entire first day cleaning it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Our stay at the vacation home was disappointing due to several issues. Upon arrival, we found the house in poor cleanliness, requiring us to clean areas like the toilets, sinks, and under the beds ourselves. The home showed significant wear and tear, the A/C unit upstairs was sporadic at best, and ants were a constant problem on the ground floor. Additionally, the bottom lock stopped working midway through the week, and it took two days to reach a resolution. We also lost access to the third-floor room a week before our arrival with no compensation offered. Overall, the property is in need of much better upkeep.

Our second time staying at this property. It’s perfect! Not the fanciest but has everything we need and the location is great!

The pictures tell the tale. It is a nice place for a single family, but a little dated. Everything worked well and it was clean. It has been remodeled at least once, and the light switches are in some strange places. That aside, we'd stay there again for sure!

We loved how close it was to a beach access! It was a nice home. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Just wish there had been at least 1 queen bed!

All linens were not clean. Hair on many sheets and pillow cases. One bed had no fitted sheet. Some beds were not made up properly, messy. After calling they came the next morning and changed all linens. Air conditioner did not work properly on main level. After calling they came the next day and put in two units on that level. I had to wipe out refrigerator and wipe off counter tops. The pantry was messy. The kitchen needed clean pots and pans and some cooking utensils. The railing on the outside deck on main level was loose. After calling they came and inspected it. I’m not sure what happen about that. The outside hose had a hole in it. The downstairs refrigerator did not work properly and had a very musty smell. The elevator did not work properly. After calling they came and worked on it. It worked part of the time we were there. The washer and dryer was full of towels. My husband missed time with family because of calling and waiting on service calls to come. Due to all of this we were refunded $1000, but we can’t bring back vacation time missed with family.

Great house. Good proximity to the beach. Service to the house was great. Would recommend.
