The Crenshaw- Oceanfront Serenity Point Townhome.

Lovely home with a great view and located on the best part of the island.

This is a wonderful spot. We love sitting on the porch facing the ocean and we loved walking on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked in supplies. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you for continuing to rent.

We have stayed at The Crenshaw before and it does not disappoint. Well appointed and just perfect for us to relax with our small pup! We look forward to another visit in the future

We always love staying in Serenity Point. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Easy access to the soundside for sunsets. Also the pool is great. We loved the Censhaw however we were disappointed at the cleanliness when we arrived. The two bathrooms were not cleaned well. We had to do it. The floors were gritty and dirty. Overall the accomedations were nice and fit well for our family needs. Easy access to the beach was great. We had a lovely time.

The property was clean, well decorated with comfortable furnishings. We were very pleased with our stay. The bed was comfortable and I liked that we brought our own linens and towels. The porch view is beautiful and covered partially to get out of the sun. The neighborhood is quiet with an easy walk access to the beach and soundside. I loved having an outside hose and shower. It was a really easy and comfortable stay. We’d love to return.

The inside of the place is nice but the front stairs are all rotten out they are a real hazard of you falling thru the back stairs are not any better the top boards are just sitting their some body going to get hurt I don't see how could rent out in this shape the deck chairs are dry rotted to I fell thru one of them very dis appointed on the out side condition some body going to get hurt have pictures if you want to see

First trip to Topsail Beach, NC and we loved it. The south end of the Island is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back and high consideration of staying at the Crenshaw Townhome again.

My family and I had an excellent stay. The Crenshaw house was very nice and clean. The location was likewise excellent, being at the end of the island and close to the beach access board walk. The area is great for running, walking, bike riding, either on the roads or the sand. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house, location and property were wonderful. I had to email the property manager a few times and they were very responsive. Bringing sheets and towels was no big deal but if you stay bring bathmats, it was the only creature comfort that wasn't provided. We will book again!
