First Floor/Main Living Level
The main living space is designed for connection, comfort and effortless flow. The open concept kitchen, dining and living areas are filled with natural light and framed by expansive bay views through large picture windows. Warm finishes like rich wood style flooring, gold accents and layered natural textures create a welcoming, elevated feel throughout.

The living room offers plush seating and a large smart TV, making it the perfect place to gather after a day outdoors. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring stainless appliances, quartz counters, a vent hood over the glass top stove and generous cabinet space. Thoughtful extras like an espresso machine, drip coffee maker and countertop ice maker add convenience to your mornings and evenings alike. A breakfast bar provides seating for 2, while the adjacent dining table comfortably seats 6 for shared meals and conversation.

Also on this floor, you'll find a convenient half bath and an interior laundry room with a washer and dryer for added ease during your stay.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The primary suite is a true sanctuary, offering a king bed and sweeping views of Apalachicola Bay. The master bathroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a double vanity and a spacious soaking tub with shower combination, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
Two additional guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family or friends. One features a queen bed, while the other includes 2 twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Both guest rooms offer direct access to a shared deck overlooking the pool, creating a quiet spot to enjoy fresh air and morning coffee. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves these bedrooms.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and discover multiple spaces designed to take full advantage of this home's coastal setting. Expansive decks on both sides provide 2 distinct experiences, 1 overlooking the tranquil waters of the bay and the other facing the landscaped yard and private pool.

Below, a shaded outdoor living area includes seating for 4 and a dining space perfect for casual meals or evening gatherings. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes rinsing off after beach days simple and convenient, while a park-style charcoal grill is ready for cookouts.
Your own private dock extends into the bay, offering a peaceful place for fishing, kayaking or simply taking in the view. For beach access, the Gulf shoreline is just across the street via the Shell Harbor access point, giving you the best of both bayfront tranquility and nearby beach adventures.

Parking is available both under the home and along the driveway, with space for a vehicle or small boat.
